They are just thieves and cons!. I bought Tram sim Munich which they never sent the key code or any link. After frantically asking for their help.. They ignored my emails and they never refunded back my cash. No one should ever thought of buying their similator.. You will eventually loose your money's.. Be cautious.

I order a item about simulator , they have the product in stock, i order the first time 3 months ago, they say that the shipping its in shipping but really never i received and also they provide a fake tracking that i really dont know , in the end i check here in this trustpilot and i understand they are scammers, Thanks God i was pay by insurance of my credit card, and i will have the money back, they are scammers dont buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after i talk they said dont exist payment from me, but i have , also them said im not customer of them, absoluty incredible. I will demand them

To be honest, when I read the negative reviews about Aerosoft GmbH, I was sceptical about ordering.

Most of the negative reviews for Aerosoft GmbH were due mainly to software incompatibility problems (which in this case is normal for a number of reasons).

So I went ahead and ordered the Honeycomb Bundle (Yoke & Throttle) which was on special with a 30% discount and a few other things, having no idea what to expect.

Well, let me tell you...
1) The whole shipment arrived within a week (Germany to Greece) as advertised.
2) All the items I ordered were factory sealed, unopened, brand spanking new.
3) In total, I only paid additional shipping fees of 2 euros for each additional item.

In conclusion,
I would order from Aerosoft GmbH again.
I would recommend to anyone I know, anyone who can hear me, I'll shout it from the roof tops if it helps that they should order from Aerosoft GmbH.

If you're planning to buy software, make sure it is compatible with whatever system you're running.

Make sure, before you buy, so you won't have to cry and blame others for your problems...

Check the Quality of your games before you sell it!
I bought Autobahn Polizei Simulator 3 for PlayStation 4 recently for 20€ and I would never give a single cent for that, if I could see how badly this game is made before.
I have to throw it out, so it doesn't remind me of my lost 20€.
The game has 2008 mobile phone
quality. The people are ugly and are not realistic. The controlling is horrible.
I will never buy anything from this company again. Biggest shopping mistake ever.

If you want to buy a product for MSFS and have it install through Contrail or maybe Aerosoft One and then discover that you can't login one month later with either of them, Aerosoft is for you. The login process is a mess. The company seems to be installed in many Countries which seem to be totaly severed one from another. I have 5 products registered with them. Two on aerosoft.com, two other with Contrail and one with 'Aerosoft One'. I will stop there.

Games are unplayable. Full of bugs and crashes. On the road is prime example especially for xbox one. Constantly crashes, trucks flip and fly about in the air and looks like there having seizures, never offer refunds and dont accept the game is trash. Numerous reports to Microsoft and after 9/10 patches to fix the game the only decent thing to come out of it is the radio on and off feature.

When contact support there rude and close tickets without giving further help.

fabian is the rudest one and likes to give people hassle and rude comments on a Facebook page for the game and then blocks them once he has been rude and dont give people the chance to reply. I haven't been blocked by him myself but know many people who have from the group and witnessesed his rude remarks with screenshot evidence and wants to blame Microsoft for the issues and the xbox when it's down to the devs

XP11: Bought an aircraft. Installed, shows up fine, but also another blank aircraft labeled “not compatible” also shows up. Support says that my purchase comes with 2 files. I only see 1 and when I ask how to separate it, they just reiterate that it comes with 2 files. I explained that I was provided with a link to 1 zip file that unzips into 1 folder and ask how to separate the XP10 version. They just reiterate… 2 files… Brick wall.

Ordered in March 2021 a Honeycomb yoke and quadrant that were both out of stock (Alpha + Bravo) the communication was great all along, i received updates about the delivery time frame often enough. I received the yoke the next month, perfectly packed working great, at the best price you could find. Now about the quadrant, due to electronic components shortage, they would not be able to deliver on time, i asked for a refund, and got refunded the next day without any problem. How can they have so many bad review about customer service? I give them 5 stars!

Why do companies like this think it is acceptable to to palm you off with a cut and paste reply that sends you to a bunch of FAQs that don't answer your question and then tell you to have a nice day./
I payed over £100 for Flight sim 2020 and it worked for one night and then would not start.
Because of the lack of support from these jokers I uninstalled the software so as to re install it. All that does is bring up the Microsoft store which as I have not downloaded it I bought the DVD version now leaves me £119 down and no sim.
Luckily as I was spending that much on software that had the word Microsoft in the title I bought it from Amazon which is where the disks are heading as I write this for a full refund.
I would avoid these jokers at all costs

TERRIBLE! Avoid them at all cost!
I bought a Thrustmaster joystick, paid the full amount and await it (shipping an delivery time was specified “2 to 6 working days”. The ITEM was AVAILABLE, not Any mention to “currently not on stock” or whatever.
After 4 days my order was still not elaborated, so I contacted the support and they told me that the ITEM WAS NOT ON STOCK SINCE 1 month and half!!! After my legit protest they cancelled my order, telling that I will receive my MONEY back shortly, but still no reimbursent received AFTER 3 DAYS!!! INCREDIBLE!!! Update: finally after 5 days they refunded me!

I preordered MSFS box edition from Simmarket. Two weeks after release no sign of the product, so I contacted Simmarket and they said Aerosoft was handling everything. I emailed Aerosoft and they said shipping would happen “sometime”. I tried to get them to commit to at least a shipping estimate, and finally told them that either refund me or I will file a dispute with my credit card company…..then silence from Aerosoft. I filed the dispute, and now Simmarket will not let me into my account. Good luck everyone!

bad support for Autobahn Simulator! No new version for ipad!

Cannot believe how bad and buggy omsi 2 is especially the dlc bus company simulator for omsi 2 most features do not even work take a look at the steam reviews and it certainly put me off buying the dlc

This company rule just too wildly ordered on July 30 and the package came 4 days and then it's even before time it's good enough not the last time I order in here from and the package was thoroughly protected 5/5 stars for AeroSoft

Bought a £250 Flight Sim Yoke from them in January. The USB connecter failed in April, buring my fingers in the process. Very slow initial response. First response didn't include any kind of apology. I had To send it back to them in Germany from the UK at my expense for "testing". The same unit came back in the same condition, with a new USB cable. I had to send it back to germany a second time Threatening Legal action before, eventually several weeks later, they sent a new unit. They did refund the cost of sending it back, but no compensation for the time spent dealing with the problem, which is usual in such disputes. They were rude, dismissive through the whole process and I had to fight them all the way to get any service out of them. Avoid.

Really rude customer services. Beware if you buy from this outfit.

They make good games, but they are not really playable.

I have purchased a lot of games from Aerosoft, because they do make some great game titles, BUT the games and DLC's are often extremely badly optimized and in some instances unplayable. Never expect more than 20 FPS eventhough you have a great gaming PC.

If you have purchased a game or DLC that is unplayable or just a utter mess, good luck with getting any help or refunds!

What they are best at, is to make you extremely frustrated. So if you enjoy being angry and frustrated, and throwing money out the window, it's perfect for you!

OMSI 2 is maybe the worst optimized game i have ever played and it the DLC's are totally overprized due to lack of playability.

About costumer support:
Fast and nice support. Longest waiting in my case is 30min, lowest is about 5min. They solve my problem fast.

About ordering:
I ordered box version of one add-on few months ago and I only waited 3 days for it. Big plus.

I purchased the straw harvest addon for the farming simulator game- BIG mistake. The download worked once, however, only half of the content/mods work...lol.

The second mistake I made was contacting tech support.
I performed a mountain of my own troubleshooting steps to be asked to perform the exact same steps again. At the same time, Aerosofts tech support decided it would be a great time to close my ticket on the issue- why?- to simply feel fluffy and good about closing a ticket- to bad the issue was never resolved first.

Bad Tech support + bad products.

This is a warning to all approaches.
