CHAOS
they were really unorganized and their manners were really bad. the security team is off bad, a bit unprofessional to have hundreds of people waiting in line and only 2 people working. our flight was obviously delayed. i advise a more competent well-mannered staff. absolute chaos!
Read the other reviews then don’t…..
Read the other reviews then don’t do it. Worst airport experience ever. If you do have the misfortune of using this hellhole - don’t worry about queuing for hours on end. When it gets close to your flight time pop up at security and they’ll be prioritising your flight and will let you through (at the expense of everyone else) target about an hour maybe less. Normally love ryan air and the no frills approach but in this case pay more go for Charles de Gaulle. It is sooooo bad
Unbelievably bad
Unbelievably bad. Arrived 3 hours early for flight. Wouldn’t let us queue in the ridiculously long security queue till 1hour before flight. The anxiety of missing your flight isn’t worth it! The airport clearly can’t cope with the volume of flights!
WHY does the service have to be so BAD that you loose your flight
Due to a total lack of communication and falsely being informed that the airline Ryanair knew about the delays and the accident that had occured on the road to Beauvais airport, we ended up being denied access to board on our flight. We even had to buy another bus ticket to go back to Paris, after having waited and waited patiently because we were told not to worry everything was under control, AND buy new airplane tickets this time from another airport Orly.
The information given about being at the bus staion Porte Maillot 3 hours before your plane departs is simply not TRUE or in any way accurate - it is a chance you may want to be very careful about taking. Russian roulette? the stress of flying may be overtaken by the stress of actually catching your flight due to something as ridicolous that there arent enough buses in rotaion for the passengers who have bought tickets to fly from the airport - surely this can be amended ? Cannot quite believe how terribly bad this service is and how little it would take to be attentive informative and provide more service. JUST inform passengers and inform the airport so everyone will get a pleasant experience rather than a NEVER again; We were 4 hours in advance and still lost our flight and there has been no compensation despite an enourmus amount of complaints to both Ryanair and the bus shuttle service who claims to be professional and will not take any responsibility for the delay that took place claiming it didn't happen as they had heard nothing about this????? So saddened by this kind of human behaviour, especially as it could so easily have been a very different case and an adventure which was taken away from us.
Would give it 0 stars
Would give it 0 stars. Not even worth 1. Massive non moving queues, 2 people at passport control only trying to manage thousands of people. Beyond ridiculous really. Stressed about getting on my flight on time. Do not recommend and would advise to avoid!
Horrible Airport
Horrible Airport, whatever you do avoid at all costs!!
Staff are ignorant, aggressive and unhelpful!!
Worst experience I’ve ever endured when travelling.
Absolute nightmare
Absolute nightmare ! Never ever take this airport for anything in the world. To be avoided at all costs.
Airport clearly works under the serious organizational and capacity problems. Nothing is organized. When it’s your turn to board a guy passes by and yells to announce you can skip the queue and get in. I arrived at 1:30 pm and stayed in a queue until 3:30 for a flight at 4:00 pm. I will never put my feet here again.
Shambolic, antagonistic & complete disaray
I have travelled through chaotic airports such as Delhi, Cairo, Guatemala City and Nairobi. I’ve experienced stress and chaos in airports as diverse as Kathmandu, Jakarta and Ulaan Bator. Yet, all of them pale into shambolic insignificance when compared to Paris Beauvais Airport. From unnecessary queues lasting for hours on end to utterly rude and verbally aggressive staff who take pleasure in singling out passengers to make an example of them, this airport deserves gold for being the perfect example of everything an airport shouldn’t be. A small minority of the airport staff themselves can’t even comprehend the idiocy of their colleagues, particularly those working in the security area. If I hadn’t have spent half my day here I’d have almost enjoyed watching the farcical sketch of utter ineptitude on all counts.
Avoid this airport at all costs, it’s not worth your mental health!
Worst possible experience for an…
Worst possible experience for an airport. NEVER FLY HERE, avoid at all costs!
Too many flights for small airport. Poor experience.
Terrible experience. Not big enough airport for the amount of people who turn up. Staff are overwhelmed. Bad experience!!!
Absolute horrible airport queued for…
Absolute horrible airport queued for nearly two hours. Not enough passport control desks or self scan doors fir boarding passes. Never again plane was boarding when we got through
No duty-free for us. Better paying the extra for Better airport. Airport bus was good though from Port Maillot.
Avoid at all costs
Nearly 2 hours queuing. Each queue just led to another queue. Give yourself plenty of time if you're unfortunate enough to have to use this excuse for an airport. No crowd control, a free for all. Staff exceptionally sour and unhelpful. Filthy toilets. The only good thing I can say is the staff and selection of food in Chez Tony Cafe were excellent.
Terrible nasty airport
Terrible nasty airport. Ques over an hour. No seats on toilet. Haphazard organising. A wart of a place.

S C A M
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM IT ROBBED €70 FROM ME AND MY FRIEND!!! We got off at the airport. We bought a return ticket from a person in the ticket office. No terms or conditions were explained to us.
No information was given to us. We just bought the ticket and went about our day. There is a Metro ticket on the return ticket that doesn’t work. They need to fix that because it does not work a waste of money and a waste of time. Anyways we had our holiday in Paris. We had fun then it was time to come home. Nobody told us we had to arrive three hours before the bus depart. Nobody told us about the non-refundable ticket. Nobody told us about the terms and conditions of this ticket. The staff are so useless they do not communicate with people I swear they just stand there for decoration. I’m pretty sure they don’t even get paid because they are so useless. They do not communicate with people about anything. They do not care if you miss your flight if you miss the bus because apparently you’re meant to be there three hours ahead, but nobody tells you this because they do not communicate because they are so stupid and useless. The whole company stupid and useless. The airport is a very small and crap may as well be closed it down. Anyways so we get there. We got told we missed our bus but how are we meant to know this because the useless Staff didn’t tell us anything. Then they make us pay another €35, for another bud because they said the return ticket wasn’t valid anymore but apparently it’s valid for 12 months another scam this useless stupid company tries to pull on you. So they literally €70 from us for no reason. The staff at the main problem they do not communicate. Maybe they cannot communicate with people because they are just so stupid and useless. They literally just stand around the station like bread with no purpose in life. Just fools standing there. The customer service is absolutely appalling and impossible to get through to. I now understand where this useless stupid company only has bad reviews.
I am seeking guidance and professional…
I am seeking guidance and professional help regarding an appalling incident that recently occurred at Beauvais Airport (BVA) involving Ryanair. I am sharing my story in the hope of raising awareness and seeking assistance from those who may have experienced similar situations or can provide advice on legal recourse.
On 7th of July, my family and I, loyal customers of Ryanair since the early 2000s, were subjected to mistreatment and discrimination by the airport staff at Beauvais Airport. Despite arriving well in advance, we were denied boarding by an aggressive and disrespectful employee who accused us of insulting him, which we categorically deny. We were shocked and humiliated as he refused our entry onto the plane, leaving us stranded at the airport.
The initial quarrel stemmed from the fact that we were traveling light and had two priority tickets for the adults and two regular tickets for our young children (7 and 11 years of age. On the way to Paris the week before, at another airport, the staff kindly invited us to join the priority queue considering that we were traveling with small children. In stark contrast, at Beauvais Airport, we were disrespectfully thrown out at the last moment and chased to the very end of the "regular queue", without even taking the time to hearing us.
So we were sent off at the end of the "regular" queue and on our peaceful way there, the same staff member (our backs were turned on him) insinuated that I had insulted him and very aggressively menaced me that "he will not let me on the plane".
Furthermore, I wish to emphasize that at no point did I insult the staff member in question. In front of him and the entire staff, I clearly stated that I had not directed any insults towards him. Despite my denial, he left us waiting on the next queue for 30 more minutes and when we arrived again on his counter, he continued to exhibit aggressive behavior and singled us out by refusing our entry onto the plane at the last moment. This incident has left me deeply offended and outraged, particularly as it unfolded in front of my family.
In addition to the financial losses, both my wife and I had to miss a day of work due to the need to secure another flight to our intended destination. This resulted in a loss of income and an overall disruption to our professional lives. Moreover, the psychological impact of this experience has had a lasting effect on our well-being.Our children continue to feel frustrated and traumatized, and even I have been experiencing sleeping problems since the incident.
To make matters worse, both the airport and Ryanair have refused to assist us, providing no statement or names of the responsible individuals.
I am reaching out to the online community for support and guidance. If anyone has faced similar experiences or has knowledge of the legal avenues available, I kindly request your advice and assistance. Please share this post widely so that it reaches individuals who can offer insights or connect me with legal professionals who specialize in aviation-related matters.
It is crucial that we shed light on the mistreatment suffered by passengers at Beauvais Airport and hold both the airport and Ryanair accountable for their actions. Together, we can strive for justice and ensure that no one else endures such distressing situations.
Thank you for your support, and please feel free to contact me directly if you can provide any assistance or guidance in this matter.

The worst of all airports
The worst of all airports, and I really travel a lot. Airport employees are arrogant, aggressive, and abuse their position for things they have no right to do. I arrived at the airport 3 hours earlier with my 5-year-old son for flight FR4376 from 9.06.23 to go through security and have breakfast peacefully without stress. We were stopped in a huge queue with no possibility of even getting to security because there were earlier flights than ours. I wanted to speak to the shift manager, which was aggressively denied to me. We had to wait over 3 hours, suffocating in line before security, because we came too early, and it didn't matter that we had a fast track ticket. After more than 3 hours without food, in 26-degree heat and stuffiness, waiting for a small child, they finally let us pass. But one airport employee stopped me - the same one I wanted to file a complaint against and who didn't let me talk to the manager. He said I had two bags and should only have one. I explained to him that this was not true, as I was traveling with a 5-year-old child and we were entitled to one bag per person, and of course, the fact is that the child would not be carrying his own bag, especially after 3 hours of crowd and complete dehydration. He said that it was the rule, and I told him that there was no such law and if I had to pay extra for the bag, it was a job for the Ryanair employee, not for him. He was just an ordinary employee "maintaining order" before the security gate. He said he wouldn't let me go until I left one of the bags with my child's toys and souvenirs from Disneyland. It was absolutely terrible. My little son was crying, not understanding what was happening. I didn't understand either. Then I spoke to Ryanair employees, and they confirmed that we could legally have 2 bags, one per person, and I should file a complaint against the airport employee, which I intend to do. Airport employees are aggressive, incompetent, and some even don't know basic English words. Shame on the France and this airport.
Paris Beauvais is the worst I…
Paris Beauvais is the worst Airport I have ever had the misfortune to visit. It is probably the worst Airport in Europe. The queues to get through security is horrendous and can strech the length of the Terminal. It would have taken myself, my wife and three kids (ages 14, 13 and 5) 1 and half hours to pass security, if I didn't skip the queue as we would have missed our plane. The toilets at the gates are terrible. One shop to buy water at €5 for .5cl bottle. Just a dreadful experience overall. Forget the cheap airfare pay the extra to land at CDG. The fare may be more expensive but you will save it on transport into Paris, but most of all you won't have to experience this Airport. Avoid at all costs.
THIS AIRPORT IS A DEADLY TRAP FOR OVERNIGHT TRANSFERS!!!
THIS AIRPORT CLOSES AT 10PM AND OPENS AT 4AM! THEY THROW PEOPLE OUT INTO THE COLD WHILE THEIR BIG HEATED ROOMS STAY EMPTY. I WAS STRANDED OUTSIDE IN THE COLD FOR 6 HOURS WITH NO HELP AND GOT VERY ILL. IT IS UNHEARD OF! AIRPORTS SHOULD BE OPEN 24/7 OR AT LEAST ALLOW PASSENGERS WITH AN EARLY MORNING TRANSFER FLIGHT SPEND THE FEW HOURS OVERNIGHT AT THE AIRPORT! THERE WAS NOWHERE TO STAY FOR FREE IN THE COLD NOVEMBER WEATHER. HOTEL WOULD HAVE COST 90€ FOR THOSE FEW HOURS AND IT'S A HORRIBLE TRAP AND SCAM FOR THOSE UNLUCKY PASSENGERS WITH EARLY MORNING FLIGHTS WHO AREN'T EXPECTING THIS. IT IS CRUCIAL TO PUT NOTICEABLE WARNINGS ON FLIGHTS TO AIRPORTS THAT DON'T LET PEOPLE WAIT INSIDE THEIR AIRPORT FOR THEIR TRANSFER FLIGHTS OR STAY INSIDE THE AIRPORT OVERNIGHT! PEOPLE WITH NO MONEY FOR A HOTEL ARE KICKED OUT AND COULD LITERALLY FREEZE TO DEATH OUTSIDE THIS STRANDED AIRPORT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, ESPECIALLY IN THE WINTER!
Rude check-in staff
Small and badly organised airport, not prepared for the flow of passengers they have. You need to get there early and queue a long time for going through the security check. Once inside, it is crowdy, there are not enough chairs and not enough shops (you need to wait in another long queue if you need to buy a bottle of water). Everything is outrageously expensive and there is a lack of healthy food options.
The personel we came in contact with was disrespectful and lacking basic politeness (especially one lady at the Wizzair check-in desks).
