Everything was running well until I got told our membership was only for one year. I paid £295 and was told my son can take the lessons whenever , at no point were we told it had to be completed in certain time frame!! When I said this I was told it’s in the terms and conditions which I’ve thoroughly gone through and can’t see that anywhere . I would expect if my membership was really coming to an end someone would have had the courtesy to warn us seeing as we still had lots of lessons left not just throw the bomb of we can’t attend any more classes unless we pay another £250!! We have over10 lessons left. My app says we still have 15 they said it’s 10 left , either way it feels like daytime robbery that😡
