We were not happy .....
When someone buys a home, there are different task a lawyer can do for you. they can advice you and go through the papers and they can also prepare the skøde og refusionsopgørelse.
we hired this lawyer for the full service as we thought we would buy this home, later on the deal was not closed but he still wanted his full fee even though half the job he didn't have to do neither spend time on it.
after consulting with other lawyers, all of them said that they obviously wouldn't dare to charge for something they have not done but this one didn't have any scrupulous in demanding his full fee.
In addition to this, I didn't think he did a good job or helped us with anything that we could not do our selves.
If you want a good lawyer, do not take this one (even though it seems cheap, it is NOT)
