Adviser wise is my go to for equity release research - and Tim Feather is very very helpful.

Advise Wise is a great platform to work on for my Equity Release clients, simple and easy to navigate. The calculator which produces visual graphs for my clients is a plus as this make a conversation with clients much easier for them to understand the financial implication of ER. My go to guy is Tim Feather, he knows everything you need to assist you in producing quality when working on Advise Wise platform.

Very intuitive and complete system for later life lending. My BDM Tim Feather gave me a demo of the system which was great. I will be using advise wise for all later life lending cases going forwards.

I had a great training session with Tim Feather today. He was really helpful, approachable and friendly. The booking of the session was really easy. Tim's delivery of the training session was easy to follow and understand, interactive and I now feel very confident being able to use the tools on Advise wise with my clients.

Last week I had a demonstration of the sourcing tool with Ian Feather. I was very pleasantly surprised. How easy it was to use, the great features and above all support from a human. Ian said it was for advisers by advisers, I definitely agree.

Excellent instruction lesson from Tim Feathers who showed me how to easily give a client an accurate view of their increasing loan compared to property value inflation. This helps put clients minds at rest that they will still be leaving something to their beneficiaries. Much quicker than the time consuming spreadsheets I used to put together. Brilliant!

Their system is simple to use which is very helpful and they have tools such as the cost calculator which is great for customers and stands out from other systems. Tim Feather is always on hand if we need anything and is happy to explain and spend the time with us to ensure everything goes smoothly.

I approached Advise Wise to help source a lifetime mortgage with a lender that accepted a property on an unadopted road and did not require a permit for a septic tank that was installed prior to legislation being in place. Lewis Banks was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He found me two lenders whose criteria met my clients needs. Would recommend.

AdviseWise provides great market research combined with cost calculators to make the client discussion more informed, and they give good advice online and in person. KFIs are automatically forwarded to lenders which streamlines the application process.
