Advance Carpet One Floor & Home Reviews 

The purchase experience was great and the install was great but the installers raised the cover on my attic access hole to stand up the carpet to get around a corner and did not put the cover back. I know it was them because the 2nd floor is empty and being remodeled and nobody had been up there between carpet install and painting. My furnace ran non stop for 2 weeks til the painter came and noticed the opening in the ceiling.

First time for purchasing at Advance Carpet. did enjoy shopping there. When I ask the saleman for the initial copy of my bill, he told me that it was given to me at the time of purchase..that it would be impossible that I did not receive a receipt. Finally, he checked and it had not been mailed to me. Made a copy for me and now, the remainder has been paid and I did not receive a copy of that for 'final payment' record. All in all, the salespeople were nice but I feel that all receipts should have been handled immediately.

Very pleasant people to work with. They helped pick out a perfect
carpet for my restaurant. Despite the previous carpet being very, very old;
they were able to remove the old and install the new in one evening!
Price was great too ~ I would recommend them to anyone!

We came back to the store because of the clean install. We where not told it was an extra till after the install. Sales people have to educate the consumer.

They did an amazing job and helped me fulfill a last minute carpet need. They were pleasant and attentive from first chat, and followed up to ensure I was happy with the result. Would DEFINITELY recommend Advance Carpet One to anyone. I have used Empire before and I have NO IDEA WHY. Advance Carpet one blows them out of the water and they also actually seemed to care about their customers.
