Alarm installation.Brooklyn made the whole experience easy and trouble free. I am not particularly tech minded but he was very patient and courteous in answering my many questions. His workmanship was first class, nothing too much trouble.

Friendly and efficient service

An excellent experience with our technician fitting our updated security system!

The engineer who came to install our new system - Wayne Dickens - was excellent. He was professional and very helpful and did a very good job all round.

Good customer service and excellent quality

The service was fantastic, from the start of the process we had complex requirements due to our insurance and right from the start the team at ADT were excellent and knowledgeable, they came and did 3 days of installation work on our property in the heat and despite emergency swimming pool repairs bring undertaken at the same time the ADT team worked around this perfectly, I cannot recommend them enough.

I didn't expect to receive a call back as it was the weekend so this was unexpected and very helpful as it meant I could plan my week around the visit once it was booked.

having seen other, very recent single-star reviews for this group, i can only assume that something has changed within their "organisation" (i use the word loosely). we have been with ADT / JCI for many decades and have simply accepted their slow demise without registering it. so, we need alarm and CCTV training for additional / new staff, we are willing to pay but, despite our current contract coming to an end in 3 days time, all i get are empty promises, suggesting "someone" will contact us, this never happens, i have to chase, only to receive the same empty promises. i have names and e-mail addresses but still, nothing. it appears that, whilst we are a business, they don't give a hoot about the smaller clients. i will be researching other companies who not only offer the same or similar services, i will be looking for those who actually want and will appreciate the business.

update... coincidentally, following my review... "suddenly" my questions were answered!! (how strange) why does it take this type of action to get a response to a question that will eventually earn a company money?

Professional company with staff who Freindly and professional

Anthony identified the problem with our alarm quickly and fixed it efficiently.

George was patient and helpful. He explained what needed to be done and what he was going to do and why. He also said how long it would take and he called back to reassure me that all was okay.

Appalling lack of care. Frankly I would leave no stars but that is not an available option. I have had an ongoing one sided battle with ADT for several months, they are either completely disinterested in answering customer complaints or too inept to deal with them in a professional manner. It really is like having a conversation in an empty room. I have called them, I have emailed them I have written directly to their offices. Their response has been an absolute failure to address and engage in any of my approaches. All I have received is silence from them and threatening and intimidating letters from their solicitors. To whom I tried reaching out to, again total silence. If you need an alarm system, deal with this company at your peril, they are faceless, uncaring and have no qualms coming at you with unwarranted and unjustified intimidation from heavy handed solicitors. You have been warned, go elsewhere they are a very unpleasant company.

Excellent customer service and delivery of services. The whole process was explained as well as functional features of the product. Setup was undertaken by engineer and synchronised with security camera. This made everything seamless.

These guys are so helpful when my alarms went off due ti my cats knocking the alarm panel and they also phone to make sure things are ok with ur house

5stars for technician who installed. He was efficient, explained every thing and was polite and patient.

After discussing where cameras were best placed George soon had them installed. He worked without creating any mess. He explained clearly how the cameras worked and set them to my initial preferences, integrating them with our alarm. I feel very confident a good job has been done

Matthew Woodall (the visiting engineer) was extremely helpful and polite and resolved the issue quickly
