ADT Engineer who visit was very helpful and understanding. I was able to ask questions which he answered clearly.
He was very helpful with the Smart Guide Services Guide, which I was unable to read because of tiny prints.
Please think about your Customers who are Elderly and find it difficult to do most things.

We recently upgraded our old ADT wired alarm system to the new ADT Smart Alarm System, and we were very pleased with the service we received from Ken Betts.
Ken demonstrated excellent skill, knowledge, and professionalism throughout the installation. He communicated clearly at every stage, explaining how the new system worked and answering all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand.
The installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard, and Ken was friendly, courteous, and professional from start to finish. His expertise and attention to detail gave us confidence that the system has been installed correctly.
Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Ken Betts. We hope the new ADT Smart Alarm System proves to be as reliable and effective in the future as the installation experience was.
