I called to follow up a quote my ne motorhome and spoke to Sean, he was very helpful. I bought the policy I wanted at what seems to be a reasonable price. The main thing I liked was the fact that I was able to talk to someone who fully understood my needs and who I could converse with easily.

Used Flux before, so thought it was a good idea to insure mg classic car. Price was ok, not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. Seems to be all sorted until I received a text message then an email saying that I hadn’t sent over relevant documents. I actually had sent them on the day that I paid for the policy. It wouldn’t have been so bad, but we were away on holiday and not ideal to receive a message mentioning ‘road traffic act’ cancellation !!! I managed to contact customer service who told me it was a glitch basically. Not the service I expected from flux to be honest.
