Had a Pet Insurance policy with them…
Had a Pet Insurance policy with them for years without making a single claim
Had to make two separate claims recently for different conditions.
First claim for less than £150?they didn’t pay out because there’s a £150 excess,fair enough
Second claim was for less than £100,they didn’t pay out because the excess fee is for EACH CONDITION! And had been raised to £199!
If I have further claims for less than £199 ,they won’t pay out if it’s for a different condition.
Pet Insurance is an absolute scam,you’re better off putting the money away each month !
