Very easy and uncomplicated to purchase, and a good pric.
I was offered £5 discount, as I hadn't yet renewed, and renewal date was in only a few days.
Had I have been offered a cheaper price originally, I might have renewed sooner.
Lovely lady to talk to very help explained everything well and cheapest quote.
Superb fast and easy to use and set up great insurance company fantastic prices
Great MultiCover Price. Very helpful staff walking through each step to clarify insurance options and cover.
Getting a quote and accepting is easy but when it comes to wanting access to my policy via a desktop it's a failure. Multiple times it has said it will send a link to my email address but it never shows up. I lodged a complaint a week ago and have heard nothing since
Easy to set up and get it sorted and the price was very good
The lady from customer services was fantastic, her name was Kayleigh and I was super stroppy on the phone because of the enormous price of car insurance.
She was brilliant though and stayed calm and helpful throughout. I don’t know what they pay her but she deserves more.
I unchecked the automatic renewal box on my details on the Admiral website so when my cover was ending they sent me a renewal quote. It had increased by a large amount so I went to a comparison site for quotes. I saw a deal that was only slightly more expensive than my renewal but gave me more cover, higher contents value and more items on accidental damage, so I bought the policy. The day before my Admiral policy expired they phoned me and offered to reduce the cost of my renewal if I cancelled with the new company and stayed with Admiral. He kept asking me and became quite aggressive so I hung up. The next day I received an email informing me that my cover was cancelled and I had no cover. It was only 1 days cover but now when I complete a quote form I am asked if I have ever had my insurance cancelled I have to be honest and say yes. This is not my fault they have cancelled and is just because I would not renew with them. I will never use them again for home, car or any of our family insurances.

Cliché non-cover travel insurance.
Policy with them for 4 years but when it came to claim for abandoned trip due to bad weather on transfer between Channel Islands, Admiral refused the claim pointing to exclusions clause.
Two centre holidays are commonplace, yet they exclude them. An absolute con.
Marcus was very professional and did a great job.

They called me to renew my policy. On the call they gave me a loyalty discount which really should have been built into the renewal premium. However better late than never!

Admiral Multi Cover (Cars + Home). We were loyal customers for over 10 years and we really appreciated Admiral and we thought it is a good insurer. Every year the renewals were coming with higher premiums and we had to give them a call and find a reasonable ground. We were insuring two cars and our home building and contents. Unfortunately this year the increase was extreme. We never made a claim on our fault. From approx. £1400 the previous year it jumped to over £2200 with no good justification. Anyway, we tried calling them and they offered a discount but still the overall cost was approx. £2000. Well, it was the time to move on to another insurer, and of course we managed to get less than £1400. We do not know what will happen next year but it seems that the insurance industry is caring more about their shareholders profits and less about their customers. Shame on you to letting down your loyal customers.
