Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I had struggled for months trying to select a marine transducer and ActiveGPS were the only company I could find with an advice service. The questionnaire I needed to complete requested information on all the factors I had learned to be important. The advice was quick and helpful, resulting in me buying a model cheaper than I might have otherwise done. The order then arrived without any difficulty. I would thoroughly recommend

Ordered a small suction mount for a…
Ordered a small suction mount for a dash cam, which fortunately they had in stock. They shipped it promptly but unfortunately the Post Office managed to lose all trace of it for 9 days.
Obviously no fault of ActiveGPS but they are a little difficult to contact by phone. They confirmed that a full refund would be processed so I can’t fault that. In the end it turned up just in time. I’d use them again.

First class. I ordered a part I needed for a satnav from them. It arrived promptly, well packaged and was just what I needed. Whilst some would say that I got what I ordered it’s not always the case now. Often I order a part that’s incorrect despite being advised of its suitability or I have to wait a great length of time for the delivery. Not so in this case. Active GPS were spot on.

Won’t refund
Ordered a couple of Garmin products, power cable and suction mount. Arrived in reasonable time but was no longer required. Applied for return as requested. Now they say only the lead can be returned as the suction cup had been used. It had never been out of the box as with the power lead.

We are delighted that we were able to supply you with the item that you required. We pride ourselves upon selling only genuine items. All of our stock comes through UK channels with VAT, Tax, etc to be paid. We do offer free delivery on orders over £50.00.

I recently purchased a particular wiring pack from ActiveGPS to enable me to have my SatNav device hardwired to my vehicle.
Within a few days my purchase arrived, but when checking it, I realised one of the wire connections was not appropriate for what I needed.
After contacting ActiveGPS to explain this issue, they agreed (without quibble) to allow me to return the product for a full refund.
My refund was deposited into my bank account within 5 days of ActiveGPS receiving the returned wiring pack.
I consider that to be the actions of a good, honest, and reliable company. Well done ActiveGPS.
