I just wanted to say thank you so much. This without doubt has been a life saver. My mother has cancer and the side effects from the chemo have been huge. She has fallen down several times and not had the strength to get up. The system has not failed once and I've been able to be with her within a couple of minutes. We live on a small farm and she stays in one of our wooden log houses, to give her some privacy. Had it not been for your device, I really don't know what could have happened.

Thank you again and keep up the great work. People in my, or similar situations should have no doubts in buying one.

Just thought I would share.

Very impressed with the equipment and the company.
I set the system up at home A but it was to be used in home B.
I called the company and my enquiry re the set up was quickly and brilliantly handled,
I ended up talking to the founder of the company who confirmed this set up was not a problem, he even sorted out a small issue with my account.

In use the system works flawlessly, to avoid any user issues we have kept my mums instructions to simply press 2 buttons together and we will contact you.
Mum is happy to wear it now after the usual "Oh technology, I don't know " response.

It's a refreshing change to experience a product and company like this.

We bought this system a year ago for my mother in law. The customer support is second to none.
Set up is straight forward with some standard PC knowledge with the support team to help you out by phone if you hit a problem.
My mother in law did get a regular phone call to see if she was ok when she forgot to wear the wristband even not having the support team package.
We did get the idea that the support team are genuine concerned if signals go flat for 24 hours indicating a possible problem. To log in the Dashboard to track the wristband is also very user friendly. I do not normally leave reviews but I feel that concerned families can benefit from this very affordable system.

I bought this for my 86 year old mum who has had a few falls due to Parkinson's. It was easy to set up online, and she just wears the wristband all the time. If there are any issues, all she has to do is press the two buttons either side of the watch to initiate the call response alert. This saves on false alarms as it is a deliberate two button press rather than one, which could raise false alarms. Customer service is also excellent. I received a call from acticheck who went through all the set-up options, a few of which I'd still to do. This was done quickly and efficiently and the help was most reassuring. Overall very pleased with the service.

I don't write reviews generally, unless (usually a restaurant, on a competitor review site) the experience is excellent, or dreadful. I think this is the first product review I've written.

So, why am I writing this?

The assure is really well thought out. It has a year battery life, so no need to charge, and renewal is a simple swap of the inside of the wrist band, whole thing arrives in an envelope, and last year's goes in one too.

It's great value compared to much less product from others.

It provides me the ability to see what is going on through the online portal.

So I don't need to speak to dad every day just to check he's OK, and when we do speak I don't need to spend half the time checking whether he's sleeping OK, or had a fall, because I can log in and see for myself.

All told it just works, and if we've had to speak to them, the customer service was outstanding.

The Acticheck is a genuine life saver and very easy to use for both wearer and responder.
Having an Acticheck creates peace of mind for all involved and we really couldn't do without it.

I am hearing impaired and was interested in the Acticheck Assure life saving wristband as advertised in the CSPA magazine.

The advertisement stated that the product had received 170 reviews with an average of 4.8 out of five stars. Trust Pilot is always my first port of call to get independent customer reviews but in this case I am the first reviewer!

My five star review is for the superb live text chat on the Acticheck website.

Karl who responded and helped me had great product knowledge. He spent a considerable amount of time going through our requirements that were focussed on security although the device is designed mainly for health and safety support to elderly people.

Unlike many similar or alternative products the ongoing costs after you have purchased this equipment are quite modest and affordable.

We will probably go ahead and buy two of these wristbands.

For our requirements as discussed with Karl we would be even more enthusiastic if clear warning display notices were available "Acticheck Police Alert System" as this will be our set up.
