I recently had the pleasure of working with Ubiqus team for an event, in London. From the very start, the service provided by Jessica and Rob was simply outstanding. Their professionalism was evident in every interaction, from the initial quote request to the flawless execution of the service. The responsiveness they exhibited was top-notch - all inquiries were dealt with swiftly and efficiently, leaving no room for stress or uncertainty. The equipment they provided was excellent and worked perfectly throughout the event. Their dedication to service and client satisfaction is commendable. I would highly recommend Ubiqus for any technical equipment needs - working with them was an absolute pleasure and I eagerly anticipate our next collaboration.

A very reliable supplier, highly recommend

We used Ubiqus for the first time for an event requiring translation in four languages. The whole process was smooth and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring translation services. The communication before the event was very thorough and professional, a technician travelled from London to Cardiff for one of our client meetings to answer any questions the client had, onsite the team were considerate to the listed building that we were using. They set up the equipment quickly and allowed plenty of time for testing. On the day, the interpreters were well briefed and experienced. The technology all worked seamlessly. Thanks again to all at Ubiqus!

Ubiqus Legal NEVER answer the phone

Ubiqus Legal have NEVER answered the phone to me.

It is basically impossible to communicate with Ubiqus Legal - they do not answer the phone or respond to emails quickly. It is pointless obtaining an urgent transcript with them as you will not get it in time.

Fantastic remote translation services just provided by Ubiqus. Seamless provision, no issues whatsoever and just brilliant service as usual from Ubiqus.

Very high quality real time interpretation delivered exceptionally and technically well.

Working with Acolad …

I have been working for their Uber project with trust for one month and a half (September and half of October 2022) only to find out in the end that no POs can be issued "due to technical issues". What kind of a company is this? People, I have all proof to show this. I demanded them to pay me immediately for the work done but they did not.

We used Ubiqus's services for French and Spanish live interpretation.

We used Ubiqus's services for French and Spanish translation over 3 days at the BirdLife100 World Congress. Us and our guests were extremely impressed by the ease of use and quality of the service. Many of our guests wanted the services for their own events due to the sheer convenience and professionalism of Ubiqus's service.

Fabulous service - don't know how I would manage without them

I have been using Ubiqus for over a year now and they have transformed my work life. Our organisation has numerous meetings that require minutes and to be able to just record the meetings and send to the team at Ubiqus for them to transform into minutes is a huge time saver. They are always accurate and well written and delivered very promptly - far quicker than I could ever manage. I wouldn't be without them.

We had a great experience using Ubiqus…

We had a great experience using Ubiqus for Portuguese-English interpretation of a week-long executive education course. Both interpreters were great and accommodating of our needs and unexpected changes. Really recommend it!

We have used Ubiqus for years

We have used Ubiqus, or what they used to be called Verbal Ink, for a long time, at least 5 years. Their transcription service itself is good, but more expensive than competitors. Their billing process isn't very good as of lately, like the past 6-9 months. It is difficult to get an invoice or to even pay it without some difficulty. I think they lost a lot of people and that's tough, but it shouldn't impact the customer.

stay away from jobs here in IT

stay away from jobs here in IT, they are scamming even internal employees. Pay is low, expectations are high and you will get scammed at every opportunity they have to save money.
