Exceptional Team
Wow! What an amazing team at Coventry! I have met all 4 staff, Mani, Steve, Andrew and the delightful Tanya. All are very professional, courteous and nothing is too much trouble. In addition, they have a great sense of humour and bring light to a sometimes tedious day.
The Christmas elf's have been busy in reception and it really makes you feel festive.
Keep up the great work team 🙌

Absolute first class
Absolute first class. Far more interested in my requirements and flexible with price than the competition. All the staff have been great. The app, easy access and the secure unit all add to a great experience.

Great service, not so friendly customer service.
It was all really fast and people are very nice. But I was struggling with a few boxes that I had to take to the floor above, and when I asked for help they said no. They could not even tell me there were trolleys available upstairs for me to carry my stuff without going back and forth. This was a bit disappointing. But all the other things were fine.
