Very easy to book the unit, simple sign up and was shown around. Arrived on the agreed date and a smooth transition and storing of my belongings. Very happy all round.

Mixed experience
I think it's fair to say the experience has been fairly mixed. The staff have been lovely and friendly and the facility is great, just what I need. However, it's been quite stressful in terms of the admin and payment. I was quoted one price which is what I booked on. Having moved in, I was told the actual price was higher and I therefore had underpaid the initial charges. We seem to have got that sorted out but it's still not clear what I'll be charged going forward and it looks like it may be the higher figure - which again is not what I was quoted when I booked.
The website says it has 24 hour access subject to Ts&Cs but doesn't tell you what those are. I had to find out the hard way I didn't have that access and then discovered that there's a separate process to go through for that that I hadn't been told about.
As I say the staff have been great and I'm grateful to Manish for his friendliness and help, but the whole thing could be much more straightforward and upfront.

We’re very sorry for the confusion caused around pricing. In this instance, there was a human error during setup, which meant you were quoted a lower rate for a premium unit. The system has applied the correct price for that unit based on its value; however, we will honour the original price you were offered. You will therefore keep the premium unit at the lower agreed rate, with the difference credited back to your account.
Regarding access, 24-hour availability is referenced on our landing page and is subject to specific terms and conditions. We’re pleased we were able to arrange extended access hours for you as an alternative, and we appreciate your feedback on how this was communicated.
We apologise again for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while this has been resolved.

Great customer service, really friendly and helpful and took time to show us around and how to use the lift etc. everywhere was very clean and tidy. We arrived with our first load to store the manager took us to our storage unit, showing us the easiest route.

Beware if circumstances change before moving
Whilst I appreciate taking a security deposit and even though it was only £10, I do t understand why, if your circumstances change - I didn't need the service so cancelled with notice - I have to chase my refund. After being told "within 3 to 4 working days, around Wednesday or Thursday 5th or 6th June" and then to have subsequent emails ignored seems poor. Perhaps it's just my local branch but I'd shop around.
Update: From bad to worse. Nearly 6 months on I get a generic reply but still no refund. Definitely stay away from these cowboys.
