Addition to morning coffee
It’s great for putting in coffee. I was happy with it but not enough in pack. There was a weeks less than there should have been. In fairness you’re meant to only fill 3/4. They did offer to send me another weeks worth when I fed back to them. I declined as I had started using another brand.

honour your policy of free gift after buying a certain amount of items, this was main reason i stopped buying as its not cheap & the little incentives make a huge difference

Healthier skin
My skin now has a glow and looks much healthier. I have sensitive skin the night cream is a little to strong
The day cream is great thick and creamy great quality and only need a little.
Raspberry flavoured sachet is the best flavour by far.
I receive plenty of updates and love the free products for loyalty.

I set up a subscription for the sculpt…
I set up a subscription for the sculpt pro collagen as it was highly recommended by a friend. It didn't work for me as I had wished. I tried to cancel and I have to say they don't make it easy. There is an option in your account to cancel your subscription but when you click on it you are asked to call a number. I emailed in as when I tried to call, it was out of their office hours. I received an email back saying they would call me which they did. I then had to go through all my personal details to prove who I was. Bearing in mind that they called me! Obviously they thought I was asking for the nuclear codes as opposed to canceling a subscription for collagen. Whist I can't say much about the product as it was not for me. Their customer service is very poor. We are told not to give personal details to strangers over the phone but with these people if you don't give them the information they won't let you cancel the subscription. Beggars belief!

Difficult my unsubscribing: I feel conned.
Can’t seem to cancel “subscription” and they didn’t warm me another batch was on its way. It’s unwanted but I’ve been charged for it anyway. I contacted them yesterday (as soon as I realised I’d receive an unwanted batch) but I could only speak to a chatbot who said they’d ensure someone would contact me. Instead, I’ve received details of postage and a request to review them.
I cannot take this collagen- it makes me sick. Absolutely poor. A member of customer services did contact me to say I cannot send the package back- even though it was unwanted and I have not opened it. In short, I feel conned.
