We cannot recommend Kitchen Ability highly enough. From start to finish, Kieron was incredibly helpful, generous with his time, and genuinely invested in helping us create a kitchen that felt personal to us and our home. His attention to detail and willingness to listen to our ideas made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.

Not only were they outstanding with our kitchen, but they were equally impressive when designing and supplying our fitted wardrobes. The quality of their products is exceptional, and the standard of design is second to none. Every detail is carefully considered, right down to the wood grain matching and flowing seamlessly throughout the drawers and cabinetry. It's clear that quality and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything they do.

The fitter who installed our wardrobes was phenomenal. His workmanship was of the highest standard, and the finish was flawless. He was professional, meticulous, and clearly takes great pride in his work. We genuinely cannot fault him.

Another huge advantage is that their factory is based in Saltney alongside their showroom. Knowing that everything is manufactured locally gave us real confidence, and it means you're not left waiting on long lead times or dealing with unnecessary delays if anything is ever needed.

Beyond the kitchen and wardrobes, Kieron also helped us arrange several bespoke pieces of furniture, including vanity units and bathroom drawers. The ability to create custom pieces that perfectly matched our home was invaluable and really helped tie everything together.

If we were building another house tomorrow, we would use Kitchen Ability again without a second thought. Their prices are extremely competitive, and the combination of excellent service, thoughtful design, outstanding craftsmanship, and high-quality products is hard to beat.

We are absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend Kitchen Ability to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about delivering exceptional quality and service.

An absolute first class service from my initial visit to the showroom to the fitting of my kitchen.
I genuinely cannot fault anything they did. I was given proper practical advice based on their experience which really helped my decision making. I am now very glad I listened to Kieren. There was no element of a “hard sell” whatsoever. Every time I contacted Kieren with a query it was dealt with immediately and professionally. He even called in to make extra checks regarding the utility area as the layout had to be re-arranged due to issues with the location of a shower. There was a great choice of products and colours and my kitchen and utility looks fabulous. The quality is also excellent. I would also recommend you use their kitchen fitting service as they really knew what they were doing. Chris was so helpful explaining things. Top marks guys.

CHRIS THE FITTER TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORKMANSHIP AND IS A TRUE CRAFTSMAN AND JOINER. THE STONE AND SINK SUPPLIED IS TOP NOTCH, AND THE INTEGRATED FRIDGE-FREEZER AND INDUCTION HOB ARE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. IF YOU ARE EVER THINKING OF GETTING FITTED WARDROBES OR A KITCHEN THEN YOU NEED LOOK NO FURTHER THAN THIS EXCELLENT COMPANY. We are really happy with our new kitchen and have recommended Kitchen Creations to family and friends.

We went to Kitchen Creations after having uninspiring visits with some of the larger kitchen companies.

Kieren was really helpful and informative. We loved the design he put together for our kitchen which captured the look and feel we wanted. The appliances are all to a really high spec and are good quality.

Everything went smoothly and Kieren was great at liaising with our builders on timings and fittings and was still really helpful after the kitchen was fitted, providing great after care for any questions we had.

Extremely patient when helping us with the design of the kitchen as we went through numerous iterations refining what was right for us. Their experience and help in getting to the end design was invaluable. We used our own electrician, but we used ability kitchens installer and plumber. They were both excellent. The installer's attention to detail and perfection in his finish was first class and the high quality and skill of his work was commented on by our own electrician. The plumber also extremely skilled found preexisting issues fixing them in his stride. Really pleased with the finish and the quality of the kitchen. The service, product and workmanship are all excellent. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this professional kitchen company to anyone. Helpful, easy to work with and they’ve produced a great kitchen! The only aspect they didn’t cover was decoration of the room but they organised everything else.

Ability fitted a new kitchen for me. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The design was really good and made the best of an awkwardly shaped room. All the tradesmen were skilled, friendly and polite. I was kept informed throughout. I am thrilled with my new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Ability.

We used Kitchen Creations on the recommendation of the craftsmen we are working with in our house renovation. They have been excellent throughout the design and supply of the kitchen, patiently working through the iterations as our plans evolved. We particularly appreciated the in-depth knowledge, and the ability to tailor cupboards to fit the building perfectly. It was also very useful to be able to know how to use our budget wisely to get the best out of the space available. We have been using the kitchen for a year now and remain delighted with its functionality and appearance.

This company surpassed all our expectations. Our kitchen was delivered on time by a team of highly professional, dedicated and trustworthy workmen whom we cannot praise highly enough. Apart from their professionalism, they were polite, helpful, respectful and tidy. From design to completion, this firm did exactly what they promised within the agreed timescale and in a highly efficient manner.

Excellent customer service from initial design all the way through planning to final installation - An experienced and knowledgeable team who were always available and flexible and happy to go the extra mile.

Decided to use a local company rather than the usual big names and it was the perfect decision for us. We did the design side of things at the show room and with a few helpful suggestions from the designer (Matthew). Each step of the process was explained thoroughly and we now have the kitchen of our dreams. One of the most comforting things was that any issues that are fitter came across were resolved within a day and sometimes on the day as the warehouse was local. I woke whole heartedly recommend Kitchen Creations to my family and friends.

We cannot recommend Kitchen Creations highly enough. From our very first meeting with Matthew we knew we had found the right kitchen company for us. Matthew could not have been more professional, knowledgable and patient! Nothing was too much trouble and it’s rare these days to find someone with such a ‘can do’ attitude. We chose Kitchen Stori Aldana in graphite and the company painted the island units in a Little Greene paint colour of our choice. Again, a lot of time was taken to ensure we were totally happy with the colours before placing the final order. There were a couple of plumbing issues on installation , nothing to do with Kitchen Creations, yet Matthew spent time to resolve the issue which we very much appreciated. The fitting of the kitchen and laundry room went very smoothly, including the installation of the quartz, coordinated by Matthew who was on hand at every stage to ensure all was well. I have heard others having poor after sales service from their kitchen company but this was not the case for us, any queries were dealt with in a timely manner and communication was excellent. We are extremely happy with all aspects of our kitchen and laundry room and would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Creations to friends and family. We would like to say that we feel Matthew is a real asset to the company and that it was because of his initial customer service that we chose Kitchen Creations over other kitchen Companies we considered.

Tried several companies for designs and quotes for a new kitchen.
Kitchen Creations produced the most interesting plan. I was also impressed with the quality of the units. I worked with Matthew over several months to refine the designs and detail and he was very supportive.
When compared to two of the bigger companies the quote was surprisingly competitive and they won my order.
The agreement was for supply only, and this was done to programme and the quality was excellent.
There were a couple of minor queries during installation and these were resolved quickly and efficiently.
(They produce most of the units locally which makes them very flexible)
On the basis of this I further ordered units for a small study area and these were also produced to the same high standards.
Kitchen Creations are well worth a visit - I would thoroughly recommend them.
