Reliable and responsive supplier

I have been ordering from Abel and Cole for many years. I am very happy with the quality and availability of the products. Also the customer helpdesk are really helpful and efficient. The deliveries are very reliable and I always receive a text giving me a time slot. The emails from Abel and Cole are always relevant and informative. I am a very happy long standing customer.

Absolutely fabulous & great to see such fresh, wonderfully tasty fruit and veg - perfectly ripe! - No issues whatsoever and not worrying about having to send produce back - great for my nervous system. Thank you for the care you put into service & quality, range and delicious foods.

Good quality fruits & veggies. Delivered on time and drivers follow the instructions. A bit pricey compared to other company, but this one allows you to swap a few items in the box, which sometimes is very useful!

I've been getting weekly deliveries from A&C for almost 12 years. They have good products, nice organic fruit and veg, a decent range of vegan products and I like that most fresh produce comes loose in a cardboard box rather than plastic bags and trays and the box can be returned the following week so it can be reused..

Very happy with my deliveries. Quality is excellent and the Driver always leaves the food in a safe place and let me know when it’s arrived.

I have been ordering from Abele & Co for sometime now and I'm consistently blown away by the freshness, taste, quality and sustainability of their food. In my case its their organic fruits and vegetables. Unlike supermarket alternatives, their fruits and vegetables taste as though they were picked that morning. The flavours are incredibly vibrant and flavorful. The fruits which I constantly purchase are, organic papaya,organic pineapple, organic peach and nectarine,organic grapes,organic apricots and organic plums all have a natural sweetness that are unmatched. The vegetables are what's in season.

They really do look after their customers, with the occasional discounts, a complimentary gift added to your delivery. The delivery is so stress free and you are kept informed throughout. The customer service is exceptional just like their produce. Definitely highly recommended.

My last delivery was left down the end of the garden right by the gate. Anyone could have taken it off e hasn’t been in. The delivery driver didn’t even come into the garden or knocked the door! I was also only given 2 hours notice of the delivery. The delivery drivers need to be pulled up on this. Also off of had more notice I could have put all the boxes and packaging out for collection but the delivery driver wouldn’t have collected them seem as he couldn’t be bothered to walk up to the front door!

Good service and good quality food . Would have been 5 stars but failed to be as let down by cost,

I get a weekly fruit and veg box and it's always great, love the freshness and quality. But what I particularly love is the customer support. They're always so kind and helpful and have had no problems supplying refunds on the few times I've requested them.

Great service, communication and high quality organic foods.

I would have given an extra star or two, but for one big issue I have with their website. It’s just too easy for orders to repeat the following week if one forgets to select products for one week only. This happened again this week and is very annoying especially if one happens to be away. I brought this up with them several times, but they refused to change the website… Their interchangeable boxes are a good idea but it also meant I ended up with double cucumbers and carrots this week.. The Riverford website works much better.. The range of products is very good .. It’s very expensive but I’m one person.. for most young families like mine with kids its unaffordable..

I’ve been with Abel & Cole for over 20 years and I’ve only ever received excellent service. The produce is amazing and the staff are so helpful. They were particularly brilliant throughout Covid. A truly loyal company!

Exceptionally good quality across all the fruit and vegetables we have had. Frankly supermarket produce is tasteless in comparison. What a fantastic British business - clearly putting customers ahead of margins.

Abel & Cole take the best care when delivering stocks by wrapping them in appropriate packaging and keeping things cool as needed. This ensures that their products are received in the best possible condition, to be enjoyed by their customers.
