I received a defective damaged speaker. I sent 3 emails to A4C support team and never received a reply, until I voice my review of A4C. Finally I received a returned label, but I’m still out $8.01 for a shipping envelope. I I’m not happy that I had to spend $ on an item that does not work, due to the negligence of such an unreliable company. I was not aware that they sell refurbished items. That should be the 1st thing they should post when selling something. Refurbished. I DO NOT RECOMMEND A4C, DO NOT BUY FROM A4C

I purchased the speaker for my grandson's 12th birthday. I was very anxious regarding the quality because I read so many negative comments. I worried he would need help setting it up. Well ... 12-y/o's are much smarter than this gram. Less than 5 minutes he had it working. The sound is terrific. I'm thinking of getting one for myself!!

The product does not work. It will not pair to a Bluetooth device. I am preparing it for return to the company.

I ordered an ipad pro 12.9. Recieved package in good time and condition, but they sent me an ipad pro 11 instead. Having an impossible time trying to get them to refund me or replace it for the correct item. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this company.
