Ordered an unlocked phone got a Verizon locked one.

I purchased a refurbished Apple Ultra watch from A4C, the watch is not water resistant or water proof as all Apple Ultra watches are, Apple stated that the refurbished watch once opend was not sealed properly and is not even sweat resistant anymore, A4C never stated that the watch would stop working if worn durring exercise or even washing your hands, because it was out of there short warranty they are not willing to do anything. Clearly they misslead the details of this watch being 100% refurbished....

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND buying any item from this SELLER! This company is a big SCAM! I’ve recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE, which was locked and prompted the following message ‘Device has been locked due to unauthorized removal from Verizon inventory.’ This tablet seems to be from Verizon inventory with unauthorized removal. Additionally, this tab is being monitored and accessing live location by BricTECH and Sennco DPC. I'm uncomfortable with the potential privacy implications, especially for my daughter, who I’ve bought this tab for. When returned, the SELLER indicated that they don’t do replacement or anything. I had to return this item at my own cost, unnecessarily! I highly do not recommend this SELLER!

They falsely advertise their inspection and refurbishment standards.

Treat their products as open box but untested. They did not test my obviously defective products, wasting my time.

They left me with a blocked apple watch.
I spoke with Denise at A4C no less than five times and we exchanged multiple emails. Despite all that, the issue was never resolved. Each interaction left me more frustrated, and the overall tone felt dismissive rather than helpful. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I will not be purchasing from A4C again.

I was SO happy with my new-to-me refurbished Samsung A13, and Otter Box cover. I have never seen prices like this on such good quality items, and the shipping, tracking, packaging, etc. was perfect. I WILL use A4C again and would recommend to anyone!

Horrible Horrible Horrible DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Please read all for their scheme. I purchased something from here with a specific color. What I received was a whole different color. When I contacted the company, I spoke to someone that told me they had to speak to a supervisor. Why? I specifically ordered a specific color; I expect to get what I ordered and paid for. A simple exchange for what I asked for was all that needed to be done. Now a discussion with a supervisor had to be done?, and I was to receive a follow up call. No call or follow up until I called. The supervisor answered and told me she was aware and literally stated what could've gone wrong, "maybe someone grabbed the wrong box or the box was mislabeled". Okay, so an admitted error on the company's side, sounds great and easy to rectify (exchange item), correct? No! She then stated she could not offer an exchange instead a refund because her system would not allow an exchange. What company or business has a system that does not allow exchange especially with the products (tech) you sell that may have issues? Aren't you the supervisor?
Here's the scheme:
This is done so that a refund is issued, and you repurchase however at this point the product is more in terms of pricing. Prices from this company fluctuate daily as well as throughout the day (pls visit the site and check for yourself). They also claim to have 1 or 2 items left and magically, when page is refreshed, there are 12 of the items. Yes, you can then chose to not purchase however, at this point you are now waiting for paperwork for a transaction and the actual transaction to refund before another purchase. This company is all headaches and schemes.

I have no issues with the watch and the process was simple. It did not take long for the watch the arrive.

Great prices, nice selection of items, and fast delivery... what else can you ask for....
