As a long standing customer, I've only now discovered how bad this company is. Having appropriated a withdrawal to a closed bank account back in April I have spoken to their online team on no fewer than three occasions and been assured the issue has been escalated, and written three times by email with auto replies that you query will be dealt with shortly, I have received no response from anyone.
Ok, I may have forgotten to cancel the account on their system when it closed, but there is no excuse for lack of engagement to resolve this matter and deprive a customer of their winnings.

Took my money. Froze my account so I couldn’t play. Tried to withdraw and it took over two weeks. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I made an account unaware that I already had an account with them, they let me top up and then shut my account down once I had topped up and then sent me a message saying I can withdraw the funds but I’ve been waiting and waiting and I still have not received them!!

Terrible online Casino, the rate you win a line or get a bonus is so low and I mean so low you'll have to spend hundreds on £££££ before any minor payout, this should be illegal.

I withdrew £300 28 days ago and it’s still pending, I’ve still not received my money. I’ve contacted them daily and the customer service via live chat is appalling.
Get told the same thing over and over, it has been escalated half a dozen times and “made a priority” and still nothing.
I have made a formal complaint to 888 via email and I just got a response stating they have up to 8 weeks to respond with their final resolution.
I’m fully verified so it’s nothing to do with that.
How a company as huge as 888 can make customers wait a month + for their withdrawal and still be trading is beyond me I’ve never known anything like it!
Next step is to contact the gambling commission in UK and Malta because I honestly don’t know where to go for help with this!
