Made a withdrawal on 24 th of june ,was told it escalated to the payments team . Everytime i speak to the customer service staff ,I get the same response... "escalated and the relevant team will be in touch " . The communication is appalling, I know they can take the time to directly contact the relevant department and resolve it but instead im being left waiting on a 180 pound withdrawal that in a pending status.

Official complaints are not responded to, live chat customer service is a fight to speak to a human rather than a bot. If you do end up speaking to a human they are absolutely awful , even the supervisors will close the chat on you mid conversation no matter how polite you are if the query you have involves more than 1 minute work or thought from them

Well.over £100 spent without a bonus, they also advertise this game as a bonus but clearly just a money grabbing promotion. Played it for the past three days and honestly shocked that iv not hit a bonus. I did play it all kn the same game that they promoted. Don't download and avoid at all chances should be shut down soon with how many customers they must loose due to this scam.

Avoid those scammers at all costs. Withdrew almost 20 days ago and I haven’t got my money yet. When I contact the customer service they always say the same things. They told me to wait up to 48 hours 4 times.

To update on the last 1 star review, I’m still waiting for my withdrawal funds 3 weeks later. They want a copy of my bank statement (they’ve got my bank details on file, I’m not changing them),they want ID (given, first 1 not acceptable, waiting to see if 2nd is ok) this whole scenario is either very very money laundering sensible or just a con to keep your money for as long as possible. The “Help Desk” continues to be the most Unhelpful you could come across

Avoid 888sport. I have three separate withdrawals completely stuck in limbo, with the earliest submitted back on the 8th of July.

When I reached out to customer support to ask why my money was being delayed, they immediately froze and suspended my account without a single email or word of explanation. I had to force the information out of them on live chat just to find out what was going on.

To make matters worse, their live chat support is completely clueless and contradictory. During my last chat, the agent gave me two completely different excuses within minutes - claiming first that it was a specific security check, and then copy-pasting a generic script claiming "regulatory authorities require all members to verify documents." When I called them out on the conflicting information and the fact that they never send the emails they promise, the agent simply disconnected the chat.

They are happy to take your deposits instantly, but the moment you try to withdraw your own funds, they lock your account and feed you scripted lies. Totally unprofessional.

Well they decided to gub me for no reason whatsoever retricting me feom any promotions. When I questioned this, they gave me some BS excuse, but that was when I was using the account on an almost daily basis and despite me winning and losing, they restricted me. But that was a while ago.

Today i tried to log in and I was given notice that I was temporarily disabled (just like the staff) and went to customer services. The first one i spoke with couldn't help and logged out the chat, the 2nd operator said my account was fine and to reinstall the app. When that didn't work, I spoke to another person who told me that I have multiple accounts registered to me! I asked to close my account after giving all my info and he said no because of something to do with my IP address??

The whole circus took me 1 hour and 30 minutes from my 1st conversation and now I have a temporarily disabled account that cannot me permanently closed. I won't be using 888 ever again.

As a long standing customer, I've only now discovered how bad this company is. Having appropriated a withdrawal to a closed bank account back in April I have spoken to their online team on no fewer than three occasions and been assured the issue has been escalated, and written three times by email with auto replies that you query will be dealt with shortly, I have received no response from anyone.
Ok, I may have forgotten to cancel the account on their system when it closed, but there is no excuse for lack of engagement to resolve this matter and deprive a customer of their winnings.

I deposited money with the promo code on my account and they said it's not applicable for me even thought it was showing and the code worked on deposit.

Being such a huge brand I expected a something above average but it wasn't.

Took my money. Froze my account so I couldn’t play. Tried to withdraw and it took over two weeks. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I made an account unaware that I already had an account with them, they let me top up and then shut my account down once I had topped up and then sent me a message saying I can withdraw the funds but I’ve been waiting and waiting and I still have not received them!!
I have been to online chat 4 times and they just say it’s been delayed but then will get the funds to me asap but still nothing from them at all
