Just got items from my first order with the brand, really pleased/pleasantly surprised. I purchased some knitwear including trousers. The items are really good quality, they are thick and soft and fit really nice. Refreshing to find a brand that has reasonable prices but the items actually look like they do on the website, and are actually decent quality. Will be interested to see how they hold up when washed.

I made an order and received free next day delivery which was amazing- items arrived on time and delivery updates were well communicated. Then I received the items and wow, the quality, the fit, the style, everything was so perfect. Will definitely be ordering again.

Sent my return back 9th October. They said they had received it and still nothing. Just feel robbed

Further to my review below, I did have my problem resolved by Katie in customer service, who responded within the time frame given.

I had high hopes for this brand with my first order, but unfortunately, they fell short both in terms of quality and customer service.

First off, there is absolutely no way to contact them except through emails and a web form, and they don’t even respond to those. My last resort was Facebook, and even that didn’t work.

As for the product, the outfit looked great, but the jumper arrived with a noticeable white stains on the rear – definitely not what I expected from a reputable brand. Worse, I had to pay £3.99 to return it, even though the issue was on their end for failing to quality check before dispatch.

Now I’m just waiting to see if I actually get my refund for the returned outfit! Overall, very disappointing experience.

Update customer service Kate emailed 23/10/24 … issued my refund and advised she would also refund the return cost I paid for…. Also offered me a discount code for next shop… I appreciated her response and the outcome

I received an email on 7th October to say my returns parcel had been received and that my refund would be processed within 10 days (I tried on the item once, found the item far to large and returned via Asda's toyou service the same day). I've now had to contact customer service to ask what has happened to the refund. I received an automated response to say that a reply could take 3-5 working days. The returns process does not seem to be at all smooth and I don't think I will be ordering again, unfortunately.

The items I wanted were sold out initially but I was eventually able to get them. I had contacted customer service and Katie advised that they would be coming back into stock. From ordering to delivery, it was so easy and I'm absolutely delighted with my purchases...can't wait to wear them. Was my first purchase from 4th+Reckless but definitely not my last!

Poor returns policy. I had to chase via email and social media before getting a response and then they have deducted postage from my refund. I paid to return the item but I did not expect to have postage to send the item to me be deducted. This should be made much clearer especially when buying online as it’s highly likely a return will be made if you’ve never shopped with them before.

I luv this clothing line. My recent purchases were swimwear and it’s all beautiful. Only reason I give them 4 stars is the lack of free returns. With other companies because I’m between sizes I usually order 2 sizes and return one and also if I’m undecided what to order in terms of styles I order quite a few items knowing I’ll return some when decided what’s for me. I can’t do that with 4th and Reckless so it sometimes puts me off ordering anything. I even once stupidly kept something that didn’t fit me as I’d paid £4 delivery and it would have been £4 return - £8 and nothing to show for it!

Quality of the clothes is nice but too long in length, doesn’t cater for anyone on the smaller side.

My low rating is due to the customer service. It has been 2 weeks since I received the receipt of return email and still no refund (well over the 10 day advisory!!). I have emailed and messaged on socials and nobody has acknowledged me. Definitely would think twice about shopping with this brand.

Refund taking so long to come back, had email confirming the refund 2 days ago quit still nothing Other companies are fast at return processing but this company seems to want to keep hold of your money for that little while longer. Shouldn't be the case. I have written an email to customer services, we shall see what we get back. Don't hold out much luck. The item I sent back seemed good quality but this puts me off re ordering again from them, shame really.

I emailed them about my problem and they helped so quickly. I've never had such lovely customer service.

Ordered a beautiful skirt from 4th and reckless. Great fit and quality. Would highly recommend.

Love the products and was a valued customer but the customer service is disappointing. My ApplePay overwrote my shipping address meaning my parcel will be lost, emailed within 1 minute of the order going through but customer care team aren’t willing to help me even as a goodwill gesture (baring in mind this is a one off technical glitch). So sad because loved the brand but customer service is so important

The quality is just crazy good. Not sure about returns and all but everything i have ever bought it’s just such thick nice material.

Really disappointed with quality of some of these products after washing. Have ordered a few items from this brand and initially really loved all items, however I have two skirts that I have brought, one part of a set striped satin maxi skirt - Mutya after one wash, despite putting in a separate wash bag has pulled in several places on the front and can now not be worn as looks so bad ….. really makes me wary of further purchases, definitely wouldn’t recommend this skirt.

First time ordering from 4th and it absolutely won’t be the last. I’ve ordered a mix of things, dresses, shoes, swimwear and every item has exceeded the other in quality and fit. Everything was above and beyond what I expected and what the usual big names like Zara etc sell. Affordable luxury high quality clothes that I can’t wait to wear and tell everyone where they are from! I was that blown away with the quality I emailed the customer care team to pass on my review and they came back to me literally the same afternoon. 10/10 experience x
