In 2023 I bought a new Samsun Tab S8. It was advertised through Bol.com but delivered by 4AllShop. Both companies are situated in the Netherlands. The advertisement contained a promotion, that when you buy such a great and expensive machine (Euro 1100!), you will get a free cover/keyboard from Samsung. After delivery I have requested this cover at Samsung Netherlands. Samsung first answered my request was granted, but later they reported I was not getting my free cover, because the machine is not for the Dutch market. So 4AllShop bought the machine outside the Netherlands. This means I do not get Samsung Netherlands warranty and no free cover.

So be carefull bying stuff at Bol.com-4AllShop, because they might sell you something that is not imported on the correct way and you will not get support from the importer.

unfortunately I bought a motherboard with them. when the other items for this project arrived we started building the project. it did not work. we tried with another chip same story. all other components from other suppliers where tested and working fine. returned the motherboard because found 3 pins missing in socket of processor and motherboard did not recognize the casing. took pictures of socket before packing. 1 hour after delivery by postal service got an response that they could not refund and only send the faulty motherboard return to us because there where many pins bended (?). issue is now with the credit card company. only later did I find that I am not the only one with guarantee issues with this company

Ordered a couple of things, both of which were shown as 'in stock' on their website. It turns out one of these was no longer in stock, which isn't very professional, and it took 5 days to communicate this to me (also unacceptable in this day and age). They did offer an alternative to the product i'd ordered which was suitable for my purposes, but by the time this was all sorted out, it was 9 days before my product arrived. In an age when most companies can get things there the next day, this is poor. I did get (almost) what i wanted in the end though. One other big downside of this company is that they use the utterly useless post.nl for delivery. A big improvement to the service would be the use of a better courier service.
