Their Tech Support/CSR Liars

Their Tech Support said they would send me a replacement cable even for my older power supply, then I waited for months, and their CSR team turned around and said no. So pretty much they don't have a good system going on there and they LIE to their customers. So Never again getting anything from this company.

None responsive customer service for…

None responsive customer service for over a month with the standard reply of "We are working on it." Ticket never gets updated with any timeline or status. I'm pretty sure they are dragging the issue out under the warranty expires.

Don't stand behind their terrible products

I've had a coolermaster PC case for years. Recently, with no warning, the glass side panel decided to shatter on its own and spray glass all over my desk. Took two days to clean it up. Coolermaster replied to my emails asking for all sorts, such as my details, serial number and pictures of the panel. They came back and said it was out of warranty and I had to pay for a new panel. They even admitted that a manufacturing fault couldn't be ruled out. A company the size of coolermaster wouldn't eat the cost of a replacement panel for an incident as serious as this. I also tweeted both their US and Nordic customer service with zero response. I'll never buy another product from these guys again.

Extreme quality issues, doesn’t honor warranty

The quality issues with cooler master is just on a whole new level… Shortly after receiving the case the fans started rattling like crazy, and soon the aio pump started making weird noises like bubbling. And trust me, I have checked the case carefully for any cables that is interrupting the fans, but nothing. The worst is that when I tried to claim my warranty from cooler master they say nothing is wrong with the product, though you can clearly hear it through the video I sent them. It’s almost like they haven’t watched it… And never have I before had problems like this with the three different computers I have built throughout the years.

Extremely disappointed with Cooler Master chair durability

I’m really let down by Cooler Master. I bought their office chair and it broke just two weeks past the two-year warranty. When I contacted support, I found out they don’t have spare parts because the chair is discontinued. It feels like a waste of money and trust. Buyers beware, looks like their support ends with the warranty!

okay products horrible treatment

they don't take warranty serious even tho they advertise it on each of their products the PSU's and cases are okay at best and their quality control is horrible had cases that fall over as well as psus dying

warranty is horrible prices are okay if the products arrive in good and proper condition

Power supply broke and it’s been over 1…

Power supply broke and it’s been over 1 month since it arrived at their warehouse! I’ve tried calling and emailing but they never respond. If you want to buy their product, be warned. If your product needs replacement then it’ll take a hell of a long time… very disappointed. Honestly just go for Corsair

The company from hell

The company from hell! This company should be ashamed of the awful customer service that they provide. To this date, I wasted 440 dollars on a C700M case from this company. Took over a month to get a replacement controller that started smoking in December 2019. Then fast forward to April 2021 and in my case USB ports are bad and will not work and transmit data. Company sent a new controller board which was the wrong part. I contacted Coolermaster again and month later they eventually sent out a front panel for the case only to send out another wrong part. I tell them this and provide pictures and they still say its the right part. They sent me the wrong panel for some other case and everything is in the wrong position and doesn't support my front case at all. This company wont fix problems four months later as its July and no answers. They close every case and refuse to own up to the problem. Spend your money elsewhere as this manufacturer doesn't care.

Atrocious Customer Support

Atrocious Customer Support. Tried getting a PSU for warranty for over 2 years. 2 years of not responding to my RMA, "awaiting approval". Having tickets cancelled automatically by the system, because it took them too long to answer and never being re-opened. Only to hear today that "the warranty sticker has been tampered with". Total BS. PSU stopped working months after purchase. It's been laying in the cabinet in the basement this whole time. Unbothered by anyone or anything. I have pictures, recent ones to prove they are lying. But to be honest I think they are counting on the fact that people value their time and sanity too much to chase them over a 100$ product. In most cases this is probably what happens. Learn from me and don't ever buy anything from them. If you need a PSU, go for Seasonic. I had it for years and it haven't failed me once.

I have spent a significant amount of…

I have spent a significant amount of time this year already trying to get very simple things fixed. While the reps are very nice, the speed at which things happen is among the worst I have ever dealt with in any tech company.
