The trainer Dave Hall was great and I passed with flying colours, his approach was brilliant and sadly he is retiring so wont be around for our refresher. Thanks :)

The course content was delivered in such a way it made it very easy to digest and understand.
I felt very at ease on the training this was because the person delivering the training really was on the ball with his subject

I found the course well presented and informative. It was not stressful and went at a comfortable pace. There was nice amount of participation between everyone on the course.

I had to sit this course twice. Once completed you apply for your certificate. It then registered that the course was incomplete. I emailed 3B and there response was did you take a screenshot of your course completion. Of course not(who would actually do that). I then had to resit the course(this time taking photos of every stage) Same thing happened. With the proof this time I sent the information to them and they advised that they would amend the result. I have an email with confirmation that I passed but their system still says I have to complete the course.
THE WHOLE THING IS SHAMBOLIC.
I would not advise anyone to use them.

I booked a First Aid requalification course in December as i am a first aid trainer and needed to renew my qualification, the booking system was easy to navigate with good choices of dates for the course i was looking for. The only issue was that it said the course may be cancelled if their wasn't enough people booked on, this made me a bit uneasy as it appeared as though the course could be cancelled a day or two before which would have left me without a course and waiting for a refund. the course did go ahead with 3 people so all was good. The course itself was of a good standard, the trainer was great and she made the 2 days enjoyable. the issues came about post course and difficulty in obtaining my certificate from 3b. They said the certificate would be issued within 6 weeks which meant i should have received it on 23rd Jan at the latest. i sent several emails asking for updates on when my certificate would arrive and was told there was a delay from the awarding body on getting certificates. 3b sent me a letter of completion stating i had passed the course subject to verification from the awarding body which meant the letter they'd given me was useless. i decided to contact the awarding body myself to see if i could get a copy of my certificate to be told that the course had not even been submitted to them yet. this meant 3b had been telling me the awarding body was delaying the certificate when in fact, it was them who was not processing the paperwork!.
After finding out this information i called and emailed 3b training again to raise a complaint and suddenly the next day i received my certificate.
The post course customer service and experience has left a bad taste. if i could give 5 stars for booking and delivery and then 0 stars for post course i would. i think 2 stars overall reflects how poorly 3b have been with the post course administration and after care of a learner.
Such a shame as everything else was good.

I recently purchased 5 licences for Asbestos Awareness training for 5 learners who weren't able to attend in person. The e-learning platform is very easy to navigate, as is the process for purchasing licences and then allocating them to the learners.
Had a bit of hiccup with one of the learners not being able to sign in, but it was easy enough to log in and change their password for them.
If I had to make a criticism it would be the username for the account manager, I would make this the email address. In my role I have many user accounts for different platforms so it would be helpful if all of them required my email address to log in.
On the whole 3B are very easy to work with when it comes to booking training and I've used them at several companies now but this is my first time using the e-learning platform. I will definitely be pushing my learners to use this method in future where possible.

Full day SEATS course.
I would have preffered more videos, and a little more interaction / interactive slides to engage us during the day.
Sitting online for hours ready powerpoint slides is a hard long slog.
Trainer was pleasant and carried the course well.
Break out sessions were ok.
Overall not a bad course.

I studied for my L6 card renewal and I have to say that my trainer Deb Green was brilliant. Highly expert in her field and very easy to work with.
I cant recommend this team highly enough!

Even though it was a full days course, having a break every hour was well needed, this was my first time using zoom, there was a bit of lagging but not too bad.Tutor did an excellent job even though he had a cold 🙃
