Competent and helpful support staff

Support from this company came quickly, and the support staff (I had Justin) was friendly, competent, and very helpful. Solved my issue in just a handful of minutes. Would definitely recommend for anyone having pesky Wordpress problems. Thanks so much!

Excellent Support

I contacted WP Tutorial over a tech issue with our logins (even though they didnt create our site). Paige was so prompt on chat with her a response, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Will use in future. Highly recommend!

Outstanging Service!

I used This service for the first time yesterday for a one-time issue fix. They were very clear in communications and my issue was fixed within 24 hours. No payment was required until the job was complete. I was able to speak with, and screen share with a knowledgeable technician via zoom. My issue was resolved in one session. Outstanding service! I have just subscribed to their yearly support plan and am happy to have a reliable support team for my business website.
