I was a client of 24x7WPSupport for less than two years. During that time, my website experienced repeated crashes while under their management. Each incident required paid remediation, resulting in over $25,000 in charges across that period.

I also purchased multiple prepaid service packages (annual, 2-year, 3-year, and 5-year plans). When I terminated services due to ongoing issues, the company refused to issue any refunds, including for unused portions of prepaid services.

Based on my experience, the recurring site failures, continued repair fees, and lack of prorated refunds raise serious concerns about business practices. I recommend that prospective customers review contract terms carefully and consider alternative providers.

It’s challenging to know where to begin with this company. I hired them on 19 months ago, to develop a website. They decided to cut corners and use a bunch of plug-ins that ended up causing compatibility issues, instead of building the website, custom and properly.

They ended up agreeing to redo the website, with custom codes. To this day, I still do not have a functioning website. I’ve wasted hundreds of hours thousands of dollars and I’ve missed two trade shows that I paid several thousand dollars to attend to launch my website. They promised the website would be done in certain timelines and I paid for full trips out of the country to launch my platform that was never developed. I had to re-explain the same principles of the Website time and time again, and I felt that no one ever listened to me during the entire experience. I decided that in the end I would leave a review to warn other people not to hire on this company. I hired on another company, we are two weeks soon in the website is 85% completed. They listen and we’re respectful during the build of the Website website if you’re considering building a website do not cut corners and higher on this company, hire a professional company. These guys are based out of India and claim to be based out of Texas, which I found out was completely false. They will tell you anything you want to know, and they will guarantee 100% satisfaction and not deliver. Don’t waste your time this company is not someone to be trusted and I would recommend staying away from.

Be very careful with this company - currently holding a clients domain (fully paid for) at ransom over $5000 worth of unknown services - this has been ongoing for 2 years. Client has essentially lost their entire business.

These guys are amazing!! quickly resolved my issues and the communication was very prompt and clear on what we needed and how they were accomplishing the task. Verified multiple times to address the request to completion. Will definitely use them again !!

This “support” is a fraud. They may help you at first, but if you stay with them longer, your site will likely be hacked at least once a year, and the only way to fix it will be paying them a few thousand dollars. Then it will happen again and again — along with new “services” they say you must buy or your site will crash even more often. They’re simply taking advantage of your lack of technical knowledge about how websites work. Once you understand what they’re actually doing, it will seem ridiculous.

I told them about the problem I was having with an edit to my website and they fixed it in less than a minute. Couldn’t believe how simple it was for them after I sat in frustration for weeks trying to figure it out on my own.

Very helpful. Polite, considerate, and helpful in getting the site back up and running. Kevin was a delight to work with.

THE BEST!!! Without WP and their Support I could not have built my website. AUSTIN is number 1 in my books and has built and corrected any issues ASAP. I HIGHLY recommend using them for all of your website needs.

I wish I could give less than one star - this company is a fraud! They are not able to manage your website without a great deal of mistakes and wasting your time. Worse than that, they will frauduently try to re-charge you for continued service EVEN after you properly cancel the service. They tryed to slam a charge to my corporate account for the following year! Over 9-months after cancelling the service. Finally, when I spoke with their customer service, he ended hanging up on my request for confirmation that all of my data was removed from their system.

USE GoDaddy or anyone else!!!!

I trusted Kevin at 24x7WPsupport and gave him access to my Hostgator account to transfer my website. I changed my mind due to the cost. Minutes later my bank notified me of over $1100 fraudulent Hostgator debits. My website disappeared and I was not allowed access.
This company is NOT affiliated with Wordpress, as they would lead you to believe.
