⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service

I just wanted to say that this has been the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time.

Connor was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He delivered a truly first-class experience, kept me informed throughout, and couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and I genuinely felt valued as a customer.

I'm a returning customer, and this experience has completely reassured me that I made the right decision to shop here again. It's rare to receive service of this standard these days, and Connor is a real credit to the company.

Asked for a sample. It was sent quickly with further information. Unfortunately I wasn't keen on the colour or texture so have not followed up but cannot fault the sample service or the company.

Sample service excellent, spoke to 2 people on the phone who couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable.
Curtains were perfect when I got them, they look amazing.
Would of been 5* if I had been a little more informed re when they were being delivered, luckily I was in when £500+ worth of curtains arrived.

All the samples I requested arrived very quickly. They were a good size which helped me choose the best fit.

Amazing customer service. I called the support line with a measuring query and spoke with a very helpful lady. After ordering the curtains, I emailed customer service again as the estimated dispatch date had passed. I received an acknowlegdment email the next day saying it was being looked into. The curtains arrived a day after that and I even received a follow up call to check I had received the curtains and that everything was OK. Very impressed with the customer service all round. The quality of the curtains is great and very reasonably priced. I'm very pleased with how they look in my hallway. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone or use them again! One of the curtains was damaged on arrival. Took photos and notified customer services. They offered 10% discount but I wanted new curtains. After 6 weeks without any confirmation of when the courier was coming, I asked for a full refund. I was offered 1 new curtain without returning the damaged one. I'm still waiting for this to arrive and hoping the fabric will be from the same batch.
These curtains were expensive velvet and I feel the customer care has not been acceptable, despite the goods being unfit for purpose.

No curtains tie backs where included in the price we paid so much for them the tie backs where not sent. It said if you paid over £350.00 then the tie backs where free.

Easy website to navigate, good choice of curtains. Delivered in time slot. Very pleased with the curtains, hang well and lovely fabric. Would definitely reccomend 247 curtains.

I was anxious whether I’d measured for my blind correctly even though I measured for it six times and then I was even more anxious that if I got the measurements wrong then the twist and fit wouldn’t work! Well my blind arrived quickly and even I managed to put the blind up in about 20 seconds. I’m absolutely thrilled with it and so easy to put up!

Sample sent quickly. Ordering and instructions for measuring easy. The reason 247 did not receive 5 stars is because the lining fabric was very thin.

I had been searching for made to measure curtains for my bedroom for quite a while. The ones I liked were too expensive until I stumbled across 247 Curtains. I ordered some velvet curtsins with a blackout lining at a great price & given an expected deluvery date. They were delivered ahead of the promised date. The quality & workmanshap was excellent & I was delighted with them. Would highly recommed them.
