Long wait, still no delivery
Ordered on the 5th October, didn't receive any sort of confirmation email or correspondence. After 3 weeks still heard nothing so called, the lady I spoke to told me that my curtains had been dispatched that day and would be with me the next day.
5pm on the following day, no sign of delivery, so left a voicemail explaining the situation and requested a call back.
Had a phone call today to say that they were still waiting for the item to be delivered to them, where it'll then be cut to size and shipped to me.
I understand the process can take time but a courtesy email or phone call to explain this would've been appreciated, both members of staff I spoke to were polite and helpful but over a month to get curtains is a bit much.

This tension rod is really excellent
This tension rod is really excellent. I have other makes but this is by far the best. The quality is excellent, and great value for money. It is very easy to put up, you only have to twist the end to the required length. I received the rod within a couple of days. It was packaged really well, so received in good condition. I highly recommend this item.
