I could not recommend 1st glass more highly! From initial sales meeting, through to completion they did everything they said they would! I was called when they said they’d call, they arrived when they said they were going to arrive. Really top quality product, custom design of stained glass work completed too - nothing was too much trouble! The fitting team, Rob & Dave were incredible, and I certainly don’t envy them working on the hottest week of the year! Thank you again to the whole team, would not hesitate to use you again. In fact, you’ll be the first people I call.

From start to finish what a great experience. We had continuous updates throughout the whole process, plus aftercare. Every member of staff we had dealings with were polite professional informed and friendly. Would particularly like to mention Lynn who was our first port of call she came to the house and was very Informative in helping us choose our new doors, Lee the fitter who did a fantastic job and cleaned up after himself and also Lee in the sales office who has been very helpful.
We would recommend 1st Glass for outstanding work and customer service. Looking forward to getting our windows done will write a new review following that.

After months and multiple doors been…
After months and multiple doors been sent out to be fitted .Im still no where near getting a door that hasn’t got imperfections on it ie wrong colour,dents in door ,chips in door ,not colour matched properly with window frames being different colour to the door.They have turned round to me and said I am being picky
It’s not picky it’s wanting a front door that looks new not a second hand one . I was assured the one sent out today to be fitted would be 100% inspected before leaving the shop . It got to me with a bent in it and jagged edges again and wrong colour
Now they are telling me my first door that was fitted is the wrong colour, its not the colour I ordered . We have now had 3 different green colours sent out to us .All came with dents in them .Stressed and frustrated is not the word for how I feel .This company I would never ever recommend to anybody and the door I ordered wasn’t cheap.

I have just had both my kitchen windows replaced with 1st glass and they look amazing the crew that came were polite and helpful and made sure they didn’t cause me too much hassle we wanted a sash effect and initially showed the salesman a picture of what we wanted and I will say I’m happy with the results the guys who came Ivan and shaun had another guy with them but can’t remember his name ( sorry) we’re brilliant they made sure everything was covered and cleaned up well afterwards so can’t fault them

Great service from start to end, clear communication, expectations and they were even able to install ahead of schedule as this worked for both of us! Prompt service from the installers, arrived on schedule, was extremely polite, cleaned during and after the install. Took the time to explain the door, gave us chance to check everything out to ensure we were happy before they left. Would 100% recommend. Adil & Junaid were fantastic!
