1p mobile is that safe space I just needed to keep my phone bills in check. Data Speed and connectivity is super fast and secure. Glad I am part of the 1p mobile family now

Delivery stage was difficult as order took longer than expected and sim wasnt posted when ordered. Customer service do not pick up the phone but answer emails the next day. Sometimes top ups and usage dont show on account until next day. However once you get you get over the hill with delivery and set up and get used to top ups and usage registering late on account. Everything else is smooth, phone mostly stays on 5g, indoor signal storng so apart from teething issues i am satisfied.

Connection speed is good and consistent when in a 5G area. what is NOT so good is the unexplained dropouts when tethering to other devices. Given that EE throttle all but their most affluent customers on their most expensive plans, it seems rather unfortunate that as an MNVO, their FUP seems rather heavy handed with its execution. I believe most users would be content to get dropped to 4G speeds only, not have their data connection outright dropped

The cheerful help and cooperation of your lass at the help desk transformed a nightmare into a celebration. My number porting was completed by her. Not long after it was obvious I had selected the wrong package. Your assistant lass sorted the mess out no trouble, same cheerful manner. OK ever since.

This company is no good for roaming, as they rob you after you have used your allowance buy overcharging top ups.

Very good service well worth 5 stars my only gripe is the fact you have to pay £2.50 every time you want a new e sim apart from that all good highly recommend

Needed an extra sim card to port my old work number to, only cost £1 for £10 credit , bargain :-)

I was mainly disappointed for the effect that I cannot do Manuel or auto top ups off less than £10 i.e. for example £5. I hope that they include this option.

Everything went very smoothly from the ordering of the sims, receiving the sims and activating the sims, porting our telephone numbers and an instant network service which has given us no problems so far - we couldn’t have asked for more.

Superb. I left a well know supermarket brand network a few months before last end of last year because of the changes to the tariff structure. I joined another brand and that was a disaster, two days to port my number. An app that refused
to acknowledge my member details as valid and a stupidly complicated tariff table.
1p Mobile has been a breeze.
Registering the pay as you go
SIM was straight forward and quick. Porting my number took less than a day! and I was up and operating on the network
with no aggravation. Despite
having lost my original pass code to get the SIM activated the operative I called was very helpful and got it sorted. I don’t go about with my phone permanently glued to my ear or spend hours oggling rubbish on the screen so this tariff rate and simple set up is exactly what I want. It’s brilliant.

Ordering the SIM card was easy and plenty of options for what you need, I just wanted a simple SIM to use in a tracker, I will purchase again for another and possibly switch to 1pMobile for my phone once it's out of contract .

Relatively simple to get set up and responsive to questions.
Not quite 1p but very competitively priced, decent service and coverage.

I bought a sim for more than onehundred pounds which then expired without any notification.

Useless. I auto top up my data every month and every month there is a gap with no data in my service, auto topped up at 1am, it is now 5pm and I still have no data. They just lost a customer.

Been with them 18 months now and no problems. Just moved to esim. All the benefits of EE but without the speed cap. I had unlimited for £25 but since then all the family have had unlimited sims on my account at £12.50 each. Monthly auto renews and can cancel anytime. Their customer service is good as well.

Was working just fine, but recently they have had very poor signal, and has been like this since before January.
Now, whenever the device is called, it goes to voice mail and it rarely has a signal. 1p are claiming "as there has been usage on the device showing that there has not been a total outage of service." But its not reliable even with a high gain antenna fitted, it's intermittent at best.
1P says they have a technical problem but also said "We do not have a confirmed date for the repair unfortunately
The SIM is in a 2G embedded device that many other companies no longer have compatible sims for, otherwise I'd have gone elsewhere. I could not recommend 1P Mobile in my area any more

Trying to phone 1 pmobile is a nightmare
They don’t answer phone calls
You sometimes get answer machine saying all our operators are busy we can’t take calls
Trying to get them to answer an email ,just as bad
Had mobile phone contracts for 20 years could always get a contact with customer service
This lot you just don’t
Minus 5 stars is the right mark

Been with 1p since the beginning, apart from the odd teething problems at the start have been the best SIM card mobile phone account I’ve ever had, highly recommend especially to anyone who travels a lot, always works same tariff every country I’ve been. Prices and plans simple top ups and extras simple, so ideal also for old or young, first phone etc.

Used 1p Mobile for a number of years now and find the service excellent, billing, usage simple to understand always get good coverage when using mobile.
