PetMeds was WONDERFUL. I waited too long to ordered medication dog food for my dog, hoping he would not need any more. But in fact he did, and I only had one days worth left. I called to talk to PetMeds to see if they could expedite the shipping. Not only did they send it over night, they did not charge me for the change. They said if it did not get there on time and I had to get it at the vet (significantly more expensive) they would reimburse me!!!! It arrived on time, overnight, my dog did not miss a meal. And my dog is finally feeling better!!! PetMeds saved me this week, and I am VERY VERY grateful!!!

Believe it or not, an actual live person answered my call promptly, took care of my request, and was very pleasant.

Laura was so polite and professional she listened to me and when i accidentally dropped the call she went the extra mile and called me back. I know she was busy because i had to wait for a call to speak with someone. Then after she called I accidentally hung up but she realized it and called me right back she is great

First greeted by a bot. I gave a 2-word explanation for my call. Next voice — was not sure at first if it were another bot or a human. It turned out to be a human. He was helpful in understanding the nature of my question and in confirming how I should label a paper prescription that I was going to send in the mail and what order number I should use.

When I called customer support, Tarra helped me right away to get things straightened out. She was kind, intelligent, and very knowledgeable at her job. She definitely gets an A++ from me!
