I had 1-800-got-junk to remove items in my garage. Dylan and Dominic were friendly and professional and had the job done so quickly. They answered all my questions and explained the procedure. I was very happy with their service and will use them again. They take everything you want removed. I highly recommend them.

Both Justin and Devon were quite enthusiastic and energized. They took the bull by the horns and gave it their 110% and got the job done in record time.
They both were very respectful and that I really appreciated.
I will definitely call these folks the next time I need junk removed. Thank you to you and their staff

Lee did a great job- very polite and also careful while removing the dumpster.

I received clear and helpful communication from the team prior to the appointment time I selected. Jacob and Micah were extremely friendly, professional, and helped to remove the junk quickly.

I would never utilize your company again, and based on our experience, I would not recommend your services to other organizations.

We received an estimate from one of your field representatives, Sonny. We requested the estimate in writing several times, but despite our requests, we never received it. Sonny also told us that he would be the team member returning the following day to complete the junk removal, even though he already knew that he would be off and unavailable.

The following day, two different gentlemen arrived to perform the removal and provided us with a completely different estimate. We subsequently spoke with Anthony, who stated that he had received our contact information and tax-exempt form. However, he apparently had not received the estimate or the pictures that had been provided to your company.

We were also told by Sonny that Got Junk donates most of the items it collects. However, we witnessed the workers intentionally breaking apart furniture before loading it into the trucks. This was extremely concerning and inconsistent with what we had been told.

I also contacted your office the morning of the scheduled removal and spoke with a woman who was clearly distracted by activities taking place in the background. There was constant banging and the sound of dishes, as well as a child making noise in the background. I ultimately had to ask her to stop the noise so that I could communicate with her. She was unable to provide any information regarding our estimate or even give us a timeframe for the scheduled pickup.

Additionally, our volunteers did a significant amount of the work ourselves. We packed all of the items and helped carry them down a flight of stairs so that the workers could load them onto the truck. Once the truck was full, we were then required to wait approximately an hour and a half for the workers to dump the items and return. This resulted in a significant and unnecessary loss of valuable time for our volunteers.

Overall, our experience with your company was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, inconsistent estimates, poor coordination, and unprofessional conduct left us feeling that we were not treated with the level of professionalism and transparency we expected.

As an organization, we will not utilize your company again. We feel that the manner in which this entire situation was handled was unethical, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

Excellent service from start to finish! Max and Dijon were punctual, professional, and removed everything quickly and efficiently. Pricing was fair and they left the area spotless. I would highly recommend them for any junk removal needs!

I will never use this business again. They came a week after the scheduled appointment, just showed up, picked up 2 mattresses, a table top, and miscellaneous smaller items. SMH, then had the audacity to quote me $800! No sir. Brought it down to $400 after I had an issue with the price, but I still wasn't happy. This company is too expensive, the 2men that came were not friendly, DON'T USE THEM!

Scott and Jon communicated very well, were on time and did their job efficiently with a minimum of fuss. Were a pleasure to deal with.

Micah Jenkins & Shawn Saal were a pleasure to work with. Very polite, professional & friendly. I pointed (& sometimes helped) and they worked diligently. I definitely will call again when I get more to get rid of .

I would recommend you to all my friends although I felt the price was a little steep. However, if you’re in the position where you can’t do it yourself, these guys are the answer. They even swept out the garage when they were finished.

Having a loved ones house cleaned out after their passing is not an easy task. Cameron, Sebastian, and Adam were quick, thorough, and most importantly respectful. They cleared out more than half the house in under 2 hours and it was a huge relief to us to not have to do it all ourselves, which would have taken days not hours. Thank you for making a tough situation just a little easier.
