Package says delivered but never delivered. A tracking number with four letters at the beginning was used. Usual tracking numbers have only two letters at the beginning. Invalid on all other sites.

I recieved a tracking number with updates that my package was undelivered i called shipx thats who it says is the carrier there tellin me the tracking number isnt for the carrier service. First off this company tracks your stuff, they by no means have control of what happens to your things. That's between you and whomever you bought from. What I've come to find is they're responsive and try their best to help you track down your package. Importing has gotten tougher, thanks to all these rules and regulations, but for the tracking they do, they do it well.

Unfortunately my experience has not been good. 17Track said my parcel had been delivered, parcel locker? I don't have a parcel locker. They suggested I try my local post office, which I did do. They have no record of my parcel. They said they are only a tracking site and they can't help me find my parcel. Very dissapointing, I still have not received my parcel.

We’re very sorry to hear about the trouble with your packages and we understand how frustrating it is to feel caught between the seller and the courier with no resolution.
Please allow us to clarify:
17TRACK is an independent package tracking platform. We are not the courier, and we are not the seller or shipper. Our service is designed to show you the tracking information that is provided to us by the actual delivery carriers.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, we understand how serious that is. In such cases, the best course of action is to:
1. Confirm the delivery address and time with the local delivery carrier (we can help identify who handled the delivery).
2. If not resolved, continue following up with the seller, as they are ultimately responsible for the delivery or issuing a refund under most platforms’ buyer protection policies.
