Ordered an item from cosco a 6ft nutcracker for Xmas. The parcel was delivered when we were all at home APPARENTLY!! No such parcel ever turned up and nobody replied and no one can say who delivered it...shocking
It's a con site any seller can add details of delivery apparently my parcel was delivered today at 2:40pm but it's only 12:49pm now
This company is so fake. Not delivered a excersice bike. Thought we were buying from costco but it was actually coming from chiba. A clothing company took the money. Everyone passes the buck to each other and you can't get through to anyone. Annoying thing is bikes still being advertised as costco and more people will be conned.

Very bad experience they said that they sent a package from the states but actually it says later on that it was never from the states. It was coming directly from China and never received the package and they keep on saying oh it’s on the way and nothing is on the way just my patience
Must be bogus or have computer systems easily hacked..ordered items to be delivered and 17track was the tracking company. 17track showed items delivered, and items not seen. Unable to contact the company for a refund, after insurance was paid...not happy. Would not recommend to use to anyone. To be honest it probably not 17 Tracks fault, just someone copying their logos etc.
this site is flawed, it needs to show which courier takes over the package once it reaches it's destination country so customers can chase up none deliveries that show delivered
Every time you go to the site you need to log in, even if you haven’t closed it! those. you just refresh the page and again requires authorization
This is a bogus site giving you 'tracking information' that is simply data sent to them by whoever is ripping you off at the time, to create a realistic-looking fake tracking system whereby you eventually see something marked as 'delivered' after a realistic type time frame, but you'll get nothing. It's simply whoever took your money from you, making the site say its shipped. No shipping happens.
