All these negative reviews are true

All these negative reviews are true! No matter how much you report the issue it's never fixed. Then when you are in a hot area they never give me orders. I pulled up on my friend today by accident and she was picking up a order the same area that they claim was high volume. I set one day for 5 hours and no order. Every since I turned silver they been cheating me out of orders. At this point they giving all the orders to their friends.

Where do I start?

Where do I start? First, 30% of customers here have been marking their deliveries as un-delivered. The app doesn’t acknowledge all photos taken, I’ve had to take my own photos. Most customers here report “no drink, no fries, etc” even though it’s all confirmed prior to leaving restaurant. 6 out of 10 times, another dasher has picked up one of my orders, cutting my wage by 3/4. The list goes on. It’s not worth it.

I was excited to start this dasher…

I was excited to start this dasher experience, I had heard so many good things from advertisements, on how it is a good way to make extra money. Not, the app crashes every time I open it. It is forever roaming, and then freezes. If I get a delivery offer, by the time I restart, It has been reassigned. It is completely unworkable.

I wish I could give negative stars…

I wish I could give negative stars here. I want to be a dasher and have been waiting since November 2025 to get my account active. My NCC and right to work came up clear as well. I call the door dash support team at least 3 times each week but no results until today just fake promises of fake escalations and fake internal reviews happening. Every time I call, they are unable to pull up details from my previous calls and each representative lodges a new request. Whenever I ask for results from previous reference numbers or previous escalations, I get told that it would be quicker to activate the account if I replied to their email and resent them my results but all in vain again. I have been promised manual activation and results (account active within 24-48 business days but again it's all fake promises) several times by the supervisors as well. It is extremely unfair and frustrating on door dash teams part that somebody has to wait for 3 long months for activation while following up each week for several times and still no results. They do not value people's time and effort.

Garbage GPS

Garbage GPS. Glitches with your app. Can't schedule being Gold-Platinum. $3 orders for 8+ miles. DoorDash is shit.

Terrible

Terrible, exploiting drivers. States we are 1099 but get penalized for declining orders that cost time, money,gas and wear and tear on car. No one in their right minds in this economy wants to drive 18miles to a customer then back to the zone for $3

Absolutely pathetic service. Am not sure its worth rating.

fyi just read the email below which will give you how poor the Dasher registration process is and more importantly overall lack of customer service or urgency.
I guess based on the silence from the company I think they believe it will some how sort itself. Absolutely pathetic service. Am not sure its worth rating.

I just want to express my disappointment that this matter remains unresolved since 2/12/2024.

Apart from yourself this matter has also been reviewed by the following consultants:
1. May Joy
2. Khalifa
3. Ma. Mesil
4. Khaled
5. Janelle

As you can see that at least 6 of the consultants have reviewed this matter without a resolution. I have spent several hours on the phone with your teams without a resolution and it is not acceptable.

All I am seeking to register as a dasher. Please refer this to someone who can assist me to register so I can start my job with DOORDASH.

If I done have a resolution/positive response by close of business your time on Monday 9th December 2024 I will lodge a formal complain about this matter to your head office. I will provide details of all my emails and phone call registers including wait times and consultants names who are involved.

Please kindy assist to have this matter resolved as I do not intend to deliberately make complaints as I understand direct adverse consequences on consultants.

I look forward to a favorable outcome urgently.

Identity stolen, doordash helped? ...nope

My identity was stolen by a family member who impersonated me and got my account banned without my knowledge.
Months later I attempt to sign up for door dash and I'm told that my account is already been created and banned they won't tell me for what or what happened finally found out what the whole deal was when the family member was arrested incarcerated and ultimately fessed up to everything there were multiple instances of identity theft on my behalf including loans lines of credit and money making apps such as this.
Contacted doordash let them know what the whole situation was provided them proof of his incarceration pictures of him and I that we look very very similar him admitting to me in a letter that he did it everything that they would need to find in my favor to appeal the deactivation.
Two situations I was on the phone for about 2 hours with customer service both times I was told my account was being reset and to wait about a day and try to log back on and finish the onboarding process still has not been done
This time contacted customer service and they said that the ban will remain and that they do not require telling me why.
I think it's extremely unfair when all I'm asking for is the same exact opportunity that everybody else was provided nothing more nothing less and was told on two separate occasions that that's what exactly I was getting and then to for them to flip the coin and then tell me just kidding no you're not is extremely unprofessional shame on you doordash shame on you.

I haven't been receiving my deposits…

I haven't been receiving my deposits for my dashes so I called support and was transferred to Dasher Direct support, and was trying to explain my predicament, and all this rude person did was talk over me, and hung up on me. This isn't the first this is commonplace for this company. If I was able to employ the algebraic table to my experience it would be a negative five. 95% of my experiences are exactly the same. These people are quite literally a detriment to the company. It's why so many Dashers quit. In fact, it's the primary reason why Dashers quit. Absolutely awful. The worst in the business. Insubordination has broken its mold with these incompetent people.

Do not use Dasher app as a driver

Please use uber eats and never ever ever ever ever use this crappy app. Store closed is driver’s fault. Store’s not accepting orders is driver’s fault. I will go out of my way to tell everyone to avoid this crappy, wasteful, worst app known to human app. They treat their drivers like slaves. Giving us 4 dollars for a delivery. I hope you guys go bankrupt

Doordash steal, horrible customer service, condescending you name it

I used doordash to get Taco Bell. I was trying to place an order but Everytime I hit submit it kept saying error each time. So, I looked at my cart and the food was delayed from the cart. I looked at my orders placed and it was not there. So, I places the order again thinking I would be placing only one order. Well, the driver came and had tow bags. She did not speak English and I told her several times I did not want the second bag as it was a mistake. She refused returning the order. I contact customer support twice and they tell me well you received two orders so you have to pay for itm first of all your system had a glitch and because of that two orders went through, and your driver would not take the order I did not want. I tried returning the food to Taco bell and they denied a refund BECAUSE THE ERROR WAS THE DOORDASH SYSTEM! Doordash called but of course while I am at work. I try contacting them again and they just give me the same story. I'll be contacting corporate. Doordash has stolen from me and I would like my money back.

They are literally useless oh just wait…

They are literally useless oh just wait for the pending charge to drop off it just takes 10 to 15 business days... We don't have 10 to 15 business days. They will not reverse charges. Anything any other bank would do for you with your money that you earned they do not. I mean it's outsourced customer service from outside the country so what are we supposed to expect from DoorDash. Getting a real job when I can but until then this is what I have to survive on and it really is a consumer hazard when you tie up my money and I am desolate

I'm a TOP dasher on door dash 4.7…

I'm a TOP dasher on door dash 4.7 reviews almost 100 dashes been apart for over 2 weeks.
Also been on the phone for about 1 week trying to figure out why they transferred my earnings for one day and says deposited and is not deposited. Now I'm trying to access 12.50$ of fast pay which won't let me cash out after all the requirements I've met.. been told by 6 different customer service reps I should be able to use fast pay by the 6th, it's the 9th now, they told me to check back tonight, then in the morning, and if I can't use it , guess what I gotta call AGAIN!!!

Its easter weekend so now I won't be able to access the $200 I spent for gas to make $177 that won't be deposited for another week almost!!!!!

Door dash are THIEFS!!! Uber eats instead!

Door dash are liars and won't be honest and upfront with you to try to make you DASH as much time and for as little pay possibly!!

Don't waste your time if your trying to earn money daily like said in the description!!

Not to mention they're all Indians across the world trying to help you out who won't, because they feel they don't understand my questions!!!

Give me someone Local and higher up to talk to! They told me call back in 2 days and we will help. Doubt that!

Doordash is actually the worst company…

Doordash is actually the worst company to exist steals it’s employees money. Don’t use the dasher direct they told my case would be solved in 60 days never got a call when I called them they told me case got closed because I didn’t respond to an email within 10 days I never received the email and the card they made me purchase to dispute the case I will never make another delivery for doordash bunch of scammers and I will sue them terrible rude customer support that they outsource from India

Dasher Support Agents are Terrible.

working with Doordash as a driver is a very painful experience when it comes to dealing with the Chat support. The Dasher support is very inconsiderate, they don't do their best to help find a resolution. When facing a question they cannot answer, instead of looking for extra support or having hierarchy assist with the matter, the agents purposely bail on you and drop the ball for the 5 min threshold so the chat will disconnect, and they leave you without a resolution. i wish i could post screenshots of interactions with different agents to clearly demonstrate how the chat kept disconnecting and resuming and the time that went by without an agent attending to me...
that being said being a driver for Doordash is ok until you need help from Dasher Support. That Dasher support is a clear indication of how this company actually values their drivers.
