Holding money illegally
These people sell products that you do not have, after 5 days they send you a confirmation email without a tracking number that your purchase has been shipped.
After 12 days you ask about your order that has not yet arrived and they say they will start an investigation, a total mockery.
After the investigation they tell you that they Re-dispatched the product again, another 15 days for nothing to arrive because they do not have the product.
I received my refund due to the intervention of paypal UK
I always use PayPal to pay these suspicious companies, So they won't fool you anymore

This the second time I have used this company and on both occasions my items have not turned up! No tracking info and paid for fast track delivery. They are a joke. Do not use!!!!

I have order some items on the 31st…
I have order some items on the 31st July goods were supposed to be here by the 15th Aug. It’s the lack of any updates I’ve rang left messages sent emails I just want to know if the items are in stock, out for delivery but nothing.
If they can’t fulfil the order that’s fine I’ll have my money back so I can go elsewhere.

I was really pleased to receive this…
I was really pleased to receive this nice comb to replace one I’d kept in a pot that had had air freshener bamboo sticks in it and had soaked the smell into the plastic that proved impossible to get rid of! The new comb arrived quickly - transaction was easy and I’m a happy customer with a nice new comb!
