I am new to your store but I was pleasantly surprised by the care and customer service. I was kept informed about my order and despite being given a day for delivery this was surpassed by 5 days! Didn't read the reviews before ordering if I had I would have never ordered from here. After 3 weeks of waiting I chased this up and got told the same story as everyone else in the reviews...'has been delivered it may be in a safe place'.Tracking number was always incorrect..after confirming they would send it out next week as deliveries are only sent once a week they have now told me to get a refund. Absolute waste of time so trading standards have been contacted. Also courier company is WHISTL after about 10 emails they finally tell you which courier they use.

AVOID!! Wish I had checked reviews before ordering and paying. They clearly do not have items in stock and take your money with no intention of sending items paid for do not waste your money and time.

Placed an order 28th September - still not received
Placed an order 28th September - chased on 15th October as that is when they said to expect delivery.
Nothing has arrived. Emailed them and they asked me to check my safe place! No email to say the goods had despatched. No tracking info.
Emailed a couple of times and have now requested my money back. Very dubious that the items were ever in stock.
