Do not use 10CRIC

Do not use 10CRIC. They are professional scammers who use "system rules" to steal your cash deposits and winnings.
​How they cheated me:
​I deposited ₹10,000 and won ₹37,700.
​I made a second deposit of ₹5,000 and won another ₹12,700 on a pure cash bet.
​When I tried to withdraw my second deposit winnings, their system "mixed" everything and stole my ₹24,700 profit from the first bet.
​I cancelled the withdrawal immediately. No money ever left the site, but they used it as an excuse to wipe out my balance.
​The Lies:
​They claimed my ₹10,000 cash deposit was only worth ₹0.72 of "real money" to justify taking my win.
​Then they admitted their policy is to "use real balance first". If they used my cash first, my winnings belong to me, not their "bonus" trap.
​They returned my stake but stole ₹24,700 in profit. This site is a mathematical fraud designed to trap your money. I am deleting my account and moving to Parimatch, where they actually pay their winners.

I requested a withdrawal of ₹25,000…

I requested a withdrawal of ₹25,000 four days ago, and the status is still showing as “processing.” This delay is very frustrating, especially since the payment method used was bank transfer.

Customer support informed me that the withdrawal has been processed on their side and is now with the payment provider connected to my bank, but there has been no clear timeline or update since then.

If I do not receive my funds today, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, as this level of delay without proper transparency is unacceptable.

I hope the platform resolves this issue immediately and processes the withdrawal without further delay.

My account manager is John and he also repeats the same this again and again. I have been the genuine customer of 10cric since 6 years now.

Really worst service and hold amount

Subject: Immediate Refund Required – ₹45,000 – Complaint ID 1559710
To: 10Cric Compliance / Senior Management
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a VIP customer of 10Cric for 9 years. On 13th February 2026, I deposited ₹45,000 via UPI. The payment was successfully credited to your account, and I have already submitted UPI screenshots and bank statements as proof.
Your team issued Complaint ID 1559710 and explicitly promised that my refund would be credited by 6th March 2026. Today is 6th March, and despite your commitment, my funds have not been refunded.
This constitutes a broken commitment and serious negligence. The amount involved is significant, the payment is fully verified, and your failure to act reflects poor compliance and potential regulatory violation.
I demand that my ₹45,000 refund be processed immediately. If the amount is not credited today, I will escalate this matter without further notice by:
Filing a formal complaint with the RBI Banking Ombudsman.
Reporting this as cyber fraud and financial misconduct to the authorities.
Initiating legal action to recover the funds, including seeking compensation for delays.
Please provide written confirmation of the refund immediately, and ensure the amount is credited to my account today.

Worst fraud application..

Worst fraud application... amount debited from account but not credited in 10cric application,when you raise complaint he said wait for 60 minutes after 60 minutes he said his team will check and after 2 days he said amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 days after that 10cric application demands your bank statement and aif you share your bank statement after that he will never replied on mail and he also blocked your account

FRAUD APP

Hi,
MY name is Roy. I am from mumbai. I had withdrawn 2,000 Rs from my account in Feb 2026. But no money has been deposited till yet.Most of the times I had chatted with about my withdrawal issue.I had send email 5 to 6 times about this issue.But no reply has been given till yet.They had closed the withdrawal
So please don't put your money in 10 cricket. It's a cheating app.

Guys beware of the Transactions which…

Guys beware of the Transactions which you Receive from them as withdrawals. My account is freeze and after many emails and undertaking to the banks my account was unfreeze but they have still marked Lien For the 98000Rs amount which i had received from a particular account of the 10cric. Moreover the account manager is not replying to my messages on Telegram and WhatsApp. So guys think before doing any transactions with them

44000 INR Withdrawal not credited

It's been over a month now since i have made a withdrawal request and it is showing successful in 10cric however i have not received my withdrawal.

After 1 month, they are saying that funds have left from their side but i have still not received the funds, i have even confirmed it with my bank and shared my bank statement with 10cric but they are still saying same thing on every email that funds have left from their side. They are not interested in solving this issue. It is a big scam at this point.

I'm helpless at this point. I can't just forget about my withdrawal and i wont 10cric just let go this easily.

Can anyone help me sue them? Is there any legal way to sue them or any other way to register a complaint against them. Can we all who are facing similar issues collectively file fraudster case against them? We all have to do something, otherwise this will keep happening.

Please stay away from 10cric. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

My withdrawal amount 32000 inr not credited

One month ago but no result

I entered the wrong account number by mistake but the IFSC code was correct and they are saying that the payment has been successfully sent. I should check with the bank and do that. This cannot happen that a wrong account number is entered but the IFSC code is correct and the money gets sent. I have also tried sending the money to this wrong number but it is not getting sent.

They are telling me to go to the bank and find out where the money went?I checked with the bank and they say only the person who sent the money can tell me. Where has it gone?
