Worest site 10cric and there managers are worest i deposited amount on 18th jan and they after 2days they said your deposit failed and said amout will be refunded still 27th jan and i tracked the person mobile number whom I send he directly saying to RAISE COMPLAINT TO CYBER CRIME ON 10CRIC I HAD CHAT PROFFS AND MAILED TO 10CRIC TEAM STILL THEY ARE NOT RESPOING FROM 27TH

It's one month now and they did not refund my money and keep on saying same thing that they are working on my issuie restlesly the dont have a time frame for any issuies they are not accountable to anyone if anyone fase any problem it won't be solved for a lifetime coz they dont have any legal fear and laws dont apply to them for big players it's worst night mare for them if they consider playing with 10cric

This has been a really bad experience. After dealing with 10CRIC, it honestly feels untrustworthy.
I made a deposit and the money was debited from my bank, but it was never credited to my 10CRIC account. When I tried to get help, I found out there’s no real customer support. The live chat is just a bot, and emails get automated replies only.
They keep sending the same copy-paste instructions, but once you actually follow them and submit all the details, nobody responds. There is no human agent to talk to, no update, nothing.
When a platform takes your money and then hides behind bots and automated emails, it raises serious red flags. Right now, my money is stuck and there’s zero accountability.
I’m posting this so others are aware. Think twice before depositing here. I’ll update this review if they resolve the issue, but until then this has been a very worrying experience.

I am using this website since morethan 4 years recently I deposited 4 k amount but amount not reflected into application I raised a ticket it's morethan 1 month still they are saying we are checking, I don't know what they are checking after 1 month they are wasting everyone time and money.

After that again I deposited 2k that amount is also same thing happened

Totally i lost 6k- after multiple mails still they are saying we are checking.

My winnings haven't been credited to my bank account for the past 18 days.

There's no customer care, it's just a bot programmed to repeat the same thing over and over again.

The module of the simulated matches is devised to turn odds against the bets at the last moment so that the cash out is just 10%(or even less) of the actual bet amount.

Also, the regular UPI authorised deposit channels have been discontinued overnight, meaning financial institutions too don't have any faith in the site's credibility.

Hello Support, I have been played in 10cric more than 8 years.My total account is running with loss .Also currently running my account under VIP.This is current issue also.I am not able to get proper answer or help from manager.Also not providing offers properly.For example every week as a VIP member, every week I have been deposited with average arround 50K.If asking for any offers will say currently no bonus available most of time.If I am non. VIP member usually getting everything maximum up to 40% bonus every week.Yesterday also i deposited 22K no bonus provided.Without any proper progress about this issue, i will not playing. My deposit not credited in my gaming account and not refunded too, which was done on 24th nov 2025. They informed due to payment provider issue money not received for them so it will be refunded to your bank account before 3rd Dec 2025 but still now it was not refunded. When raised and submitted all the necessary information documents concern team is working on once we got an update will inform you. How long need to wait blindly? This is 3rd time they are doing like this not returning the failed deposit amount after somedays they will simply put blame on my bank ask your bank about this. My bank has already confirmed that was successful transaction and they are ready to provide confirmation document. I want my deposit amount money back at any cost. This is the kind of service they're providing for VIP user too

Frod website last 1 month not credited my deposits on 6th nov 15000 still not credited, on 24th 3500 both are not credited i chased all the ways no use
