Pleasant phone call from Laura explaining that 0800 would be carrying out a survey on behalf of my landlord Bernicia. Asked me a few questions and explainex what would happen during the appointment. All was booked and text messages sent confirming my appointment. Thid was purely for the appointment booking and not the actual survey

Government Boiler Upgrade Scheme
Following receipt of a letter advising me that my property qualified for the Government Boiler Upgrade Scheme I made contact with 0800 REPAIR. My call was taken by Joanne Thompson and her manner was warm and friendly while being professional and competent. All my questions were answered fully and with patience (I would admit some were, on reflection,stupid) and I was left feeling confident and reassured with the scheme and the installation process. 0800 provide an excellent maintenance…
0800 provide an excellent maintenance service for our central heating system. It is a complicated gravity fed system. Martin Bell and Dale Green have just completed a fantastic investigation and remedy for a faled radiator. They are knowledgeable engineers with a lot of experience and they kept me informed of their findings and mitigation. Also importantly they were a pleasure to have in our home
