I tried for over 6 weeks to get my artist site removed from Wuzci...nobody EVER replied to my messages..nothing from chat box nothing from emailing them. Eventually tracked down the ex partner Sophie who intervened and called Adam personally but i had to suggest i would contact the Greeting Card Association over this before i got taken off there. AWFUL dissapointing customer service. Beware artists. Ive had no apology from Adam as i write.

Great variety of cards, and convenient to use each month.

I did have an issue with them lately after their website repeatedly showed an error. There was a lack of communication from them to begin with, however, they did eventually respond. They explained the reasons for lack of communication, and explained they are currently in the process of transferring the website to their printers. The issue has now been resolved.

Before this issue, I would have rated five stars.

I was happy with the card subscription service until an additional £25 was taken from my account for no reason and i have heard nothing back from messages and emails. no other way to contact the company which is very concerning

I really like the idea of this and have generally had no problems receiving the cards I ordered. You can also buy cards outside of your subscription however when I have done this, my order has not arrived. I have still been charged for it and when I try to contact Wuzci via email, messenger or on the chat on their website I get no reply. I am going to have to cancel my subscription as it ends up causing me more hassle. Customer service is just not up to scratch.

I have used Wuzci for about a year and it's been brilliant. I have a large family and about 10 birthdays each month, so it's saved me a lot of stress.

What I am REALLY impressed with is that I contacted them today using the chatbox on their website. They had sent me a duplicate box of my March order, and I didn't know why, since I had received my original order in good time. I was worried I had been sent it in error and might be charged twice. So, at 17.29 on a Friday evening I got in touch with them, thinking that I'd have a difficult conversation with a robot and not actually get any meaningful response until next week, and would probably have to provide a load of evidence to show that I had received a duplicate.

But no, I got a real, friendly, and helpful response within SECONDS, explaining that they sent out duplicates because of an issue with Royal Mail, and they didn't want anyone to miss out. We would not be charged for having the duplicate.

I'm so impressed by their customer service, both for taking the hit from Royal Mail (not their fault) and also making it so easy to contact them and get a response. Thank you!

LOVE that they give the artists dosh for every card ordered!! really helping the creative community!

Stress free card shopping, great quality cards

Last minute frantic hunt for cards has been addressed with using Wuzci. I love that they also let you carry forward any cards you haven't used to the next month

I love that there are cute eid cards on here i can choose for family and friends

I’ve used Wuzci since 2019. Such a great idea! I love that they deliver every card I need, and they’re so friendly and helpful. Adam has been great over email and instant chat with questions I’ve had, helping with subscription plans and delivery queries. I’d recommend them to everyone.

I'm finally not missing out on cards for different occasions and am also giving unique, cute cards! I love the reminders feature and the user-friendly site

Love your cards but would really like to see some sporty cards aimed at girls. My daughter runs and bikes but all your cards are aimed at men.

Have a small sender subscription for some time now. Love the selection of cards to suit everyone, good prices and supporting independent artists. I love seeing new cards emerge - keep up the good work both Wuzci and artists.

Phenomenal - A huge selection of cards, something for everyone. Backed up by exceptional Customer Service. I have a stock of beautiful cards now and never miss a special occasion. I have also been able to reach out to friends over lockdown with a beautiful handwritten card

Came across this by accident and very happy I did very easy to use delivery included and beautiful cards from independent artists will order again

Really easy website to use which is always a great start but the card designs are amazing and made it so hard to choose which one I wanted to use!!
Not having to go out to the supermarket or card shop is always a bonus too :P
