We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable delay and the overall experience you had with us. A two-month wait—especially for a time-sensitive, expedited order—is absolutely not the service we aim to provide, and we understand how damaging that can be to a small business.

The root of the delay was a major production breakdown we experienced in April, which forced us to switch manufacturers and rebuild our workflow from scratch. Unfortunately, this created a backlog and led to poor communication on our part, including the incorrect tracking information and missed follow-ups you described.

While we did refund the shipping fee, we now realize that wasn’t sufficient given how late your order arrived and how it impacted your business. We are reviewing your case again to assess your request for a full refund, and our team will follow up directly.

We deeply regret that we failed you as a trusted partner, and we appreciate your honest feedback—it’s a crucial reminder of where we must do better.

Zero Customer Service

Although their website touts their 24/7 customer service, offers multiple ways to contact them, and claims you will receive a email reply within 2 hours during business hours, my experience did not reflect any of that. I had a pretty simple question about the possibility of paying to upgrade shipping to receive my labels in time for an event, and was even completely okay with the answer being “no”, but after attempting the live chat, emailed four times, and called about a dozen times (because it says you can stay on the line but then just kicks you off) I got crickets. So my frustration has more to do with false advertising than anything. I eventually received the labels, which look great, but it took about 6 weeks from the day I ordered them. So, bottom line- make sure you don’t need to contact them and have plenty of time to receive your product.

Delayed Order, No Updates, Zero Customer Service.

We have been ordering labels from Wunderlabel for years and have always had a great experience with on time deliveries. We ordered on 4/25 (US-1318583) and paid for the rush option to receive them faster. They were expected by 5/12. It is now 5/27 and we have not received our order or any updates. We have called many times, left messages, used the chat and have emailed info(at)wunderlabel.com many times with no response. Responses on this site have been answered by Wunderlabel and told to email them for any update but it is just another avenue for them not respond to. We have emailed 5-6 times without any response. This is holding back our production and is beginning to become an issue with how long it will take to re-order from another company. 2 stars because of good experiences in the past but the zero response from customer service is unacceptable for orders that cost as much as we spent.

Label was done correct

Label was done correct. But the shipping wasn’t done right. I received an update on April 11th- two weeks after I placed my order that it was “finishing”. But then never heard back from the company. I had no update about my order what’s so ever. The auto chat didn’t help at all. I had to call the company for two days straight before I got any update at all - I received my order a month and a half later. Over all the product was good but the service was terrible. Sorry

I have been ordering the same labels…

I have been ordering the same labels for years and everything has always been fine. This last reorder came in the wrong color and I’ve tried unsuccessfully to try and get a hold of someone to no avail. I thank you for prior years work and will be using a more responsive company from now on.

STILL won't follow up on order issues

UPDATE: AFTER THEIR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW, I FOLLOWED THEIR INSTRUCTION AND HAVE NOW CONTACTED THEM TWICE , WITH PHOTOS, AND THEY STILL HAVEN"T RESPONDED OTHER THAN THE CONTACT RECIEPT AUTO REPLY. Its been a week and a half since have contacted this company about a 10K tag order. The tags were re-ordered based off years of tags we have been getting. The tags and the tag artwork are smaller and the colors are darker. The send me confirmation ( live chats and emails) that my question has been received but THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. Yet they keep sending me request to review the order.

2nd online order for woven

This is my 2nd online order for woven labels from WUNDERLABEL, and I used info I gained from my first order to design the new labels. I received my my first order in a timely manner and it was as ordered. I designed the first labels with the letters to the edge of the box, that was a mistake as it left no room on the end to sew them on without sewing over the letters. I wish there had been a note about this, maybe there was and I missed it! Lesson learned, I hope. We will see how these next labels turn out. I bet they will be great.

I never got my order

I never got my order, support communication was awful, and i lost thousands of dollars for a missed launch date.

Re-ordering....

Amazed that I could re-order the same labels so easily after a NINE year gap! Just one click.
Delivery took a couple of weeks to UK but all went very smoothly.

Paid for rush job and didn't get the…

Paid for rush job and didn't get the labels in time. Sent numerous requests for updates and reminders of my deadline and then received the labels. I'm returning them. The company said they can't refund the shipping costs. Overall a bogus company.

No Customer Service!!!!!

My entire re-fill order arrived the wrong weird color and poor quality, weave is not tight like in the past. I have emailed, called, and tried live chat, phone cuts me off, no one calls me back, no one emails me back no one answers the phone. In the past orders were perfect, I am kinda angry.

NOT as expected but they corrected it

I ordered a label with two colors- purple and yellow. I only got yellow. The label is beautifully woven, but it took way too long- I paid $25 for expedited shipping and the delivery date was way off. I will say they made it right for me in the end. Quality product.
