Love the labels

Love the labels. The quality is always above expectations. Shipping was much slower than usual. Ordered 4/28 with 5/19 the estimated arrival date. Finally received 6/10

Great labels, but horrible shipping eta

Well I placed this order on April 28. I was expected to receive my order May 19. I tried to contact the wunderlabel team but got no answer or call back after I left a message. I didn't receive my order till June 10.
Although my labels look great it was really disappointing and inconvenient that my labels ended up arriving to me almost two months later.
Wunderlabel is a company I love and fully support but this latest purchase made me look at things a little differently.

Good product, bad timing

The labels I ordered were great, but it took more than a month to receive them and the project I needed them for had been and gone. Guess I’ll use for something else.

Order Delayed and NO customer service

Placed order on April 29th and was received on June 10. Customer service is impossible to reach over the phone and by email takes over 48hrs to get a response.

Delivered Late with Zero Accountability – Never Ordering Again

I placed an order with Wunderlabel in early May 2025, paying for expedited shipping so the labels would arrive by May 23rd. Instead, they were finally delivered on June 9th—more than two weeks late—after a long, frustrating experience filled with poor communication, misleading updates, and zero accountability.

The support team gave me a tracking number to the wrong state, failed to communicate delays proactively, and left me completely out of the loop unless I followed up multiple times. I was told my order was en route when it wasn’t even in the correct shipping system yet. I lost valuable production time and business opportunities because of this delay.

Though they refunded the shipping fee, I requested a full refund since the product arrived far too late to serve its purpose. That was never honored.

Even though the labels eventually arrived, the entire experience was stressful and unprofessional. As a small business owner, I need partners I can count on—and Wunderlabel is not one of them.

I will not be ordering from them again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone who values reliability or customer support.

Careful planning works!

My labels arrived as ordered and they are perfect. I love how they look. I learned to be very deliberate about your spacing when placing your order on line. I will definitely use these folks again.

Once a wonderful shop but cannot recommend any longer.

First Order end of last year was great - labels came (almost) on time and good quality. Second order didn‘t even go into production for weeks without the company informing customers, in the end I cancelled the order (but it hasn‘t been cancelled with klarna yet and it has been over a month). I placed a new order after customer service assuring me there would be no issues anymore - order came about on time but with one Item of 100 labels missing and the quality of the labels was completely unacceptable!
I sincerely cannot recommend this shop anymore and hope to get my money back.

This company has gone downhill

I don’t know what is going on at Wunderlabel, but this was a terrible experience. This order was 3 weeks late and just arrived wrong. I’ve been trying to call, email and chat the company for updates with no response. I have ordered multiple times over the last few years but have now taken my business elsewhere

Delivery was very delayed w/o explanation

I had high hopes because I used Wunderlabel several years ago for custom fabric tags. This time the expected delivery date was longer than expected but I placed the order anyway. When that date passed I reached out to customer service. When they finally replied I was informed that a USPS tracking number was created. Checked with USPS multiple times but they had not received a package with that tracking number. Reached out to customer service several more times but no response. The package had not been received by USPS after more than a week. So, I ordered tags from a different company. 2.5 weeks later the tags finally arrived (2 days after the package was actually received at USPS). I wish they had communicated with me better and were more transparent on the situation. I wasted time and money duplicating the order with a different company. I won't use Wunderlabel next time.

Disappointed

Ordered April 13, did not receive until June 2.

Upon emailing on May 23 to find out what was happening with order since no updates regarding it since confirmation on April 13; I am given another tracking number.

I watched the order go from Illinois, to California, to multiple locations in New York, before crossing the border to Ontario before again being sent across the continent to British Columbia.

Order arrived over a month after the estimated arrival date. For 25 labels.

Disappointing.

Labels were promised by 22 may 2025. As of today still no labels. Horrible communication. Answering says all CS are busy please stay on the line, or alternatively you may leave a message then after the beep it hangs up. What happened to please stay on the line??? I would find a better company once I get through this debacle!!!

I never received my labels

I never received my labels, I'm refuting this charge with PayPal, no one has contacted me. This company is a total scame beware, I paid almost 300.00 and have received nothing, no correspondence, PayPal reached out, I called and left 6 messages wrote emails and nothing. I am going to report u to BBB in the USA. BETTER BUSINESS ASSOCIATION. SO DISSAPOINTED. What can u expect from a Chinese company...

Incorrectly charged & bad service, but a pleasant product received as expected.

Money was taken from my account without authorisation, £25 more than their invoice states. Despite my sending proof from my bank, and chasing up multiple times for help, I last heard back a month ago when someone said they'd look into it.

This is disgraceful. This company has my money and isn't helping me retrieve it. Their communication is terrible, practically non existent.

One good point- the labels have arrived and are very pleasant, but trying to rectify the situation with the overcharge has been very stressful.

Where are you Wunderlabel

Where are you Wunderlabel? I've trusted you for many years and just like that "poof" you're gone. No answer to my phone calls, email, chat...nothing but silence on your end. Meanwhile I paid you one month ago for an order than does not even show up as "in production" at this time, just as "ordered".
I really, really need that order. Very disappointed.
