I was charged for shipping on a…

I was charged for shipping on a promotional Oder that clearly stated free shipping

I’ve called customer service twice but all I am told is that someone will look into it

Even though the second person I spoke to agreed that I should not have been charged

I would like 19.99 refunded to my credit card

Can anyone do this?

Not your responsibility

Not your responsibility, but delivery to requested address is problematic. It has to due with FedEx, but likely that you may have no recourse or influence.
Wines are always good!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Have not received my wine in over 6 months. Called and have written customer service several times and get same answer, your wine is on the way next month, and than there is no shipment. Go with another club or local wine shop!!!! Do not use WSJ wine club.

I just received the wine yesterday

I just received the wine yesterday. Tried the cabaret Sauvignon. It was good, but I like my cabs a little more on the dry side. It wasn’t bad at all though.
I’m happy overall with the convenience.

My orders almost always arrive in 5…

My orders almost always arrive in 5 business days so delivery service is great & delivery status notifications are plentiful.
Variety is limited though as I continue to see many of the same types / brands reappear frequently I've been a member for many years.
Overall, I enjoy the convenience and pricing but I do look elsewhere to supplement with different wines.
