They have a more friendly and flexible Support team. A team that responds to the writer on time (within 2 minutes utmost)- listen to both client and writers to ensure that each party is left satisfied. Secondly, as some writers claim that this site is a scam. I am here to oppose this as I have been able to receive my cash for the period I have worked with them. To prove that they are more genuine, the support team are always available for queries, in that a writer can call them through the phone or email them and they will respond on time. Generally, Just like any organization, the company advocate for quality and timely work. I provided that and I was promoted from probation to Rookie-level within two months. It is a great platform for freelancers but can do better if they fix the Grey areas such as low order levels, punitive preposterous penalties for instance a 200% imposition is in bad taste and uncalled for because the orders bear least costs compared to their peers in the field of work. The writers are at the mercy of clients and administration as they cannot appeal any injustice as clients can use material from the writers and come back to fill claims or seek cancellation.

The company has support team who are very understanding and are always available to assist. The company pays all the writers in time and there are always available orders in and out of seasons. It is the best company I have ever worked with. 100% legitimate. Bravo writerweb.org!!!!

Writerweb has proved its credibility to me. It has really helped me as a writer. There are many benefits of working with them.
1. They pay in time. This is not a scam whereby writers can do a great job and be suspended on or before the pay day and hence forego their dues. They pay you to the last cent.
2. Professional Support Team. Their support team is very professional and they have proper means of communications to the writers. They do not take the writers for granted. Here we are handled with professional care. They usually make calls when they are assigning you an urgent order so you can check and confirm if you can or cannot do it.
3. Plenty of orders flowing throughout even during low season.
4. They promote best performing writers. My advice to writers who are complaining is that they have to work hard and deliver quality solutions to clients. The rest will follow.

I have worked with the company for over a year, everything was fine until recently when they started fining for unsubstantial reasons. furthermore, support rarely responds to the fine disputes leaving the writer alone and unmotivated. The pay is low compared to the rampant and unfair fines they pose on their writers. Why fine a writer 100% without pay then reassign an order that's unprofessional. its high time the company should review its fines and refund policies.

This account can stay for a month without allocating an order. The support team is very unreasonable and clients are allowed to cancel ordess and ask for refund even two months after they approved the orders. Their fines are huge and unreasonable. Their CPP is so low. A law assignment can be paid for $2.80 per page while other accounts are paying $12 for the same. They are thieves please run away from the scam company

I have great experiences working with you. I appreciate the communicative support, always ready to help writers clarify issues with particular orders. You also promote writers according to the work they put in. However, like any other great companies there must be few challenges that can make your company better for both writers and clients. I have an issue with cancelling of orders by clients. Some clients cancel orders many months down the line. To make it worse, some never give reasons. I have 2 or so cases where I'm still waiting for clarifications why the orders were cancelled. It slows down the morale of a writer when an order he/she worked on some time back is cancelled and a fine that doubles the price of the order is imposed yet the writer doesn't know the mistake he/she committed. I suggest that clients should have minimum period to which they can complain about a paper because some can use the paper and then claim it was poorly done without evidence. Overall, I'm enjoying my time with the services of company. Thank you

Writerweb is one of the best freelance company that i have ever worked with. I have one year of experience with writerweb, and all i can say is that they are the best due to the following reasons;
As compared to other companies such as uvocorp, writerweb still ranks the best due to their competitive salaries, especially in the high levels.
Secondly, they have orders throughout the year.
However, i would wish they increase the number of orders they assign writers at a go.
Otherwise, it is a great company.

Great website, decent treatment, and very little friction. It has been over 2 years since I joined writerweb and I must confess, the timing was perfect. That little income kept me going. I am a freelancer in many other platforms and I must reiterate the fact that there is no such thing as a perfect platform. I have a few points about my experience that I would like to share.
1. Payment: I have always received my payments when due on writerweb. There was a time when there was an issue with Payoneer and writers lost their patience. As expected, there were several posts about the platform being a scam website and other negative remarks. In the end, the issue was received and I got my payment. Afterward, I have always received my payments during the specified time. They do well to keep me informed if there will be any delay.
2. Order price: In this aspect, I would say that writerweb do not pay their writers well. The CPP in most orders are usually below $5 and that is really poor. RIsing through the ranks, I was hoping that the CPP would improve since my rank has shown my capability. This is a natural process in many organizations. As you get promoted, your incentives increase. However, this is not the case on writerweb. They do not care whether you are an expert, they will still want to pay you $3/page which is more like slavery to me since many of these clients pay more than between $10-$30 depending on variables like delivery time and academic level. In many other platforms, they specify the salary for each level. For example, when you are on probation, your max pay will be $3-$5. If you are an expert, it could be between $15-$30 depending on a lot of factors. This will encourage and motivate writers to work hard and grow
3. Rank is just mere title: As an expert on writerweb, I knew how much work I had to do to get there. Imagine that I would place a bid for 5 different orders, of course, I would raise the price to the highest available level and in the end, they will end up not assigning any of the orders to me. Now, don't get me wrong, I am not the only expert writer in those fields but I think courtesy demands that I get notified why I will not be getting the order. I know this is a profit organization and you want to pay less so as to make a profit. However, you can let the writer know that this is the best price for the order. Give the writer a choice so if the price is not ok then the writer can decide.
4. Communication: When a client sends you a message, in as much as they might call or send a mail, there is no way to know unless you click on the order. Kindly work on that.
Conclusion
Personally, I have highlighted my experience on this platform. I am currently an expert on writerweb and a top freelancer on a number of other platforms.I am currently a PhD research student as well. Hence, I know that I am very much qualified and this is one of the strengths of writerweb. They have the best writers from across the globe. So, clients will always get the best. However, for writers, you will only receive peanuts (pose as a client and see how much you will be charged per page) which is very bad. Kindly improve on the welfare of writers so they can be properly motivated to give clients the best. I cannot remember the last time I received payment because as an expert, I don't get assigned orders. This makes me wonder how they assign orders in the first place. Some writers who charge less would easily be assigned multiple orders while others who charge reasonable fee within the approved budget do not get any. This has been my situation for the past couple of months. Well, luckily I am a professional freelancer in many other platforms which is why I don't bother myself about all these. In the end, when I get assigned any on a fee that is fair to me, I work on it and deliver in most cases without any revision. Well, as I said, there is no platform that is perfect.

I've been working for this company during 2 years and everything is perfect but there are some really important issues. Firstly, when the client needs a revision, each writer has to be able to work immediately. However, this is impossible because writers can't be availiable to write 24/7, they may have other important things in their lives. It is advicable that the company will set a minimum amount of hours, during which the client may ask for revision. For example, client can't ask for revision to be done in an hour, they should be able to wait at least 5 hours. Secondly, customers may come back with revision even if the order was finished many days ago. However, this is really uncomfrotable. Once the client paid for the order, they should not be able to ask for revision anymore. And the last, my claim is under investigation for more than a year! I can't work on orders if I know that the client may reject it and I'll be fined without reason. The company should support their writers and investigate such orders in order to find out if the client is right or wrong.

I'm working for WriterWeb for almost a year now and I may surely say that this is a great company to cooperate with. This is not the first platform I'm working at, so I do have the experience to compare. Many changes and improvements were made during this year(at least the ones, that I could see by myself), they regarded the communication and working processes, order flows, even the interface of a website and so on. I see that the company is willing to grow and that motivates me as well. There may occur some unpleasant moments, but I do like that company's Terms of Use are always followed accurately, that also makes me feel secure as a freelance worker. In any case, if any issue arises, I may always contact the support team, who will promptly assist me. I would recommend WriterWeb since they indeed created a good platform for freelance writers, considering all the aspects of this field.
