Looking to reorder dog food, I found the dog food I usually purchase at 70% of the price normally paid. It took a week after placing my order to obtain confirmation it shipped, but it was delivered the next day.

When I had a question over the delay, my emails was responded to next day.

I was hesitant to order dog food from this company (because price seemed too good to be true). After reading reviews here I took a risk and placed an order on Sunday. I couldn't believe it when I saw my order at the door on Tuesday morning. I am beyond impressed and will be back for more.

I don't believe this company is legit. They say they are a Texas company but the phone doesn't work, they don't answer emails for days...even though auto generated email says 24 hours. They do not answer the questions asked. I'm still waiting after 9 days to hear ANYTHING about my order. Extremely poor/non existent customer service. ive requested my order be cancelled numerous times and i keep getting the runaround. They apologize for shipping delay but it depends on s canceling the obuyer address and region --- i'm in Texas where they are supposedly located. rder. Auto generated response said my email would be answered within 24 hours. They said they would check with shipping. If it had not been shipped they would cancel the order and it it had shipped i could refuse the shipment, it would be delivered back to them and they would then issue a refund. i tried to support USA and local -- i would suggest everyone stay away from this business and order through reputable sources.

Each time we order I do a happy dance. 1, because the cost savings on the dog food is so much better than buying locally, and 2, it is delivered within 3-5 days from when I order it right to my door.

Wrappedsurprise is great! Not only did my dog food come on time, they had the best price on all the internet! The company also sends out an email just to check in on you and see if your package got to you with no hiccups. I will be back.

Poor shipping and poor customer service. It took 12 days for them to ship my order. I cancelled the order after a week of zero communication. I sent 3 emails canceling the order. Auto generated response said my email would be answered within 24 hours. I did get one response saying they would check with shipping. If it had not been shipped they would cancel the order. Never happened. 5 days later I get a email saying my order shipped. My advice is stay away from this business. Order through someone else.

I like others was a little leery about ordering but decided to and glad to share with others that everything was 100% satisfactory. Great communication throughout the entire order. I would recommend them and will reorder our dog food from here again.

Was a little skeptical about ordering from here due to lack of reviews, however everything was great! Received my dog food in about a week from ordering, and it was exactly what I wanted.

Delivered as promised. Communication though email is excellent. No issues! I will be ordering through them again.

Saw some other reviews, decided to roll the dice. Like others have said, amazing price on dog food, free and fast delivery. Not sure how this site does it, but it's great while it lasts!

Also, they do ask for reviews and give $5 credits for them. But I would have done this anyway.

I was very skeptical buying expensive Royal Canine Dog Food on this site because the price was so much cheaper than anywhere else. To my Happy Surprise my dog's package arrived yesterday afternoon with the promised item. Aside from it taking a day or two longer than I excepted, I am delighted!!!!

I purchased dog food for my little yorkie and it was so much more economical than anywhere else. I was so pleased with my purchase. My order was perfect and the customer service was phenomenal. I will definitely purchase from them again and I give them an A++.
