I saw the reviews before ordering. I ordered a laptop sleeve and mouse pad with it. I recently received it. It smells so bad that I'm keeping it in other room, the product is damaged and the product is not as bright as they showed in pictures. I reached out to costumer service and they told they wont take returns and will replace it. Its fine if only product damage was the issue. What will i do with thay awful smell and pale colours? I will get the same undamaged product with smell and ugly patterns. They are smart, they dont have return policy. If you buy from them its over for you! You have to keep it no matter if you dont like it.

The only reason I've given them a star is because their customer service agent was polite and decent. The quality of the skin (I got the crocodile moble skin for Moto Edge 50 fusion) was fine, however, the dimension of the skin was absolutely wrong - didn't fit the back of the phone. I spent the better part of 2 hours trying to align it, even went far enough to heat it as advised by the company for adhesion.
To top this off, it took me over 2 weeks to receive the order (placed it of July 27th and received it on August 12th) - which includes misplacing the order, sending me the false shipment tracking ID and finally, while they claim that they use Bluedart to ship their orders, mine was sent via DTDC - it was stuck at another nearby branch since the 4th August. Unless you don't mind spending for a few backup skins so that you can hope to get one of them right, please stick to getting an actual mobile case for your phone over this.

Very satisfied with the laptop skin. It fits perfectly well on my laptop and the design looks good and vibrant as I expected.

In my first experience I received the skin for my Apple Pencil which was short for breadth. I just casually contacted customer care & I received a great response from them. They not just reshipped a perfect product, but they do respond their customer so well and with all patience.

Slightly annoyed because they sent me the wrong size for my MacBook Air M2. They offered to replace the skin but when they found out the international shipping cost is high, they didn’t want to send me the replacement any more, and only offered partial refund. I would’ve much rather gotten a replacement, especially since they said customer service is their priority. One really great thing about them though is that print quality of their skins is incredible! And I’m glad they offer custom prints. I guess I’ll have to wait until they fix their cutouts for the Macboon Air M2. I still don’t know how they messed that up. Their AirPods Pro skin is also not a great fit either.

I ordered a apple pencil skin, its colours were the same as shown in the picture on their website although, i had some issue with the print quality at first it went off with just one week of use. But then when i contacted them they were really humble and concerned about the issue. They immediately got it corrected and shipped me new skin within few days. I am really happy with their service .
